  I have purchase a plan from month to month for Adobe Illustrator and it does not at all! Creative cloud does not recognize my subscription even after receiving an email of confirmation of purchase from them.   The "General" cloud requirements are quite low... so you have to ask in the forums of specific program for a special features used by individual programs

  I would like to inform you that you're not subscribe to the Acrobat DC as is the latest version of the Acrobat program & as you XI Acrobat Pro & Cloud membership for photoshop & lightroom, you keep getting the message to upgrade to Acrobat Pro DC (latest version). If you have Acrobat Pro XI subscription, then you can also install the latest version that is Acrobat Pro DC.

  If you XI Acrobat pro as serialized product then you must buy Acrobat Pro DC as improved version.
