Creative Desktop Cloud application does not start
Hello. IM' on Yosemite 10.10.3
After installation, the logo appears in grey on the top of the screen, and it disappears.
I tried to re - install the CC Office, but it does not work.
I don't know what to do anymore.
I tried several things seen in this forum. Finally, I deleted a plugin named "QGet" in/Library/InputManagers. And it works!
The creative cloud desktop application does not open automatically. I used the program uninstall and reinstalled nothing doesn't. Thoughts?

I just started my 30-day trial, but I'm having trouble to download photoshop.
I have installed Office cloud creative and currently stuck on step 3 on this page:
"Your app starts to download. At the same time, the creative desktop application cloud will appear, and it will manage the rest of the installation. Check your progress in the status bar next to the name of the download application".
Photoshop doesn't have not downloaded automatically.
There is a "Try" button next to it. So I clicked it.

Restart the computer to correct the problem.

I've just updated my OS to OS X Yosemite 10.10.3 to load Photoshop and LR CC 2015, but now the creative cloud desktop application will not open. This wheel of progress is everything.
I already tried to uninstall, but it won't let me; said there are still requests requiring the creative cloud desktop application.

You can use CC Uninstaller to uninstall Adobe Creative Cloud.
I have a creative cloud account. When I look at, if there is no update, I click on the creative cloud software and the CC logo comes on the top iMac to the right page. The dialog box turns on, the wheel turns but not signing in.
Adobe support center solution:
For iMac Yasomite only
1 top of the page to search right: click Activity Monitor > memory > delete all files open adobe (with the logo of adobe).
2. on you Finder: click go > go to folder > type after ^ / library/application support of > remove only 2 files called AAMUpdater & OOBE.
3. sign in to your web account adobe & re - install creative cloud.
Once you connect, it will synchronize your software and display all available updates.

I try to install the creative application of cloud on my mac. Installation is just fine, but then CC won't start properly and it's there and I see the blue spindle and is mostly. I can leave it sitting there for hours, but the State will not change. I tried to reinstall, restart several times. I tried to install on my main macbook pro and my mac mini, but the results are the same.
I found somewhere in the forum a link saying to delete the ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE/folder opm.db file, but who also gave no change in behavior.

Just download the latest installer CC, reinstalled and now it seems to work.

Just for confirmation, enable the account of Root user and you connect to same and try to launch Adobe Creative Cloud application and check. We can turn off later.
Let us know if you are able to launch the app or not.

How to connect as root
- If you are connected, choose quit from the Apple menu.
- If you connect from a list of names of users with pictures, click on the other.
- In the name field, type: root
- In the password field, type the password that you set when you configure the root user account.
Once you connect to the Root account try to launch creative cloud application and check.

The FireFox 42.0.1 application does not start. I can uninstall and reload FireFox 37.0.2 and that worked, but now when I load 37.0.1 it installs really 42.0.1 that no longer works.

It is possible that your firewall or other security software blocks or limit Firefox or plugin-container process without informing you, possibly after the detection of changes (update) for the Firefox program.

(1) open following link https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop-elements/kb/photoshop-elements-7-8-9-downloads.html
(2) open a new tab in the same browser
(3) open the following link in this http://prodesigntools.com/trials2/AdobeProducts/KCCC/1/osx10/ACCCx3_4_1_181.dmg tab
(4) install creative cloud by using the downloaded file
Note: It is important to do this step by step as opening first link is to ensure that you get no error of access denied when using the second link in this browser.

When I'm away from the app, the app keep buffering and when I restart the application, a message appears telling me to download one version of another but it keep doing the same thing even if I download a new version. So, what can I do?
