  dddavies, to get this trial because your Acrobat window can always be associated with the Master Collection CS6 trial. So, uninstalling Master Collection will be the right approach. Whatever it is, you can uninstall Master Collection CS6 trial at any time. This will not affect your suite Production Premium CS6.

  It's a little weird but I installed Creative Suite 5 Master Collection (trial version) the other day on my PC (newly re-installed with Windows 7 64-bit) and for some reason, there is no trace of Acrobat!

  I googled this yeaterday and found a few other people with the same problem (but can't seem to find them today). No idea why this might be the case?

  Before I invested in CS5 I downloaded also the demo on Mac and PC platforms.  I think I remember that the part of the stipulation of the software of the trial was that not all applications will be included or fully functional, Acrobat is one of them since you can probably download a trial of Acrobat separately and that Adobe Reader is free.  Try to download separately.  Acrobat is the same version 9 than it has been for CS4 that can also be a reason, it is not included in the trial of CS5 software download.

  I have 400 GB of free space. 32 GB of ram. IM using Win7 64 bit SP1. Downloaded the default folder and "tried solutions" on the troubling adobe guide to shooting. There seems to be many users with the same issue. Please notify.

  This could be due to a corrupt or incomplete, download the installer trying to extract a place, it doesn't have permissions for or deliver simple permissions.

  I run a 3.10 GHz AMD Athlon II X 2 255 with Windows 7 Premium, IE 9 64 bit on a meg 3 DSL.  All my firewall and protection antivirus are disabled.  I use ADA to download in a file I created in C:/Adobe Master Collection.  About 6 times in the last ten days, I tried to get the download, but around 35% ADA seems to stop and never go beyond this point.  I have let it run at some point for 17 hours.  I hate to be otherwise vulnerable on the net, especially for something that I can't buy.  Any suggestions?
