  I can't find my disk for my Adobe Creative Suite Standard CS4 Premium.

  I'm trying to download it from www.adobe.com using my serial number.

  It was working fine until I tried to install.  I closed all programs and restarted my computer.  Stopped my firewall and there are no programs running on my computer.

  I get an error message

  I just bought a new laptop to replace my old. Both work with Windows 7. For these last two days I tried in vain to install Adobe Creative Suite 4 Design Premium on my new laptop. I had no problem installing the same on my old laptop.

  Better you charge down from a trial version of Adobe server and change it after that in a "real" version

  If you do not need your 'old' computer, you should really disable. However, it is not necessary.

  As far as I know, Adobe won't give you a new serial number

  (1) did you do changes on the computer before this problem?

  (2) you have Service Pack 1 installed on your computer successfully?

  (3) are you advised to re - install the Service Pack 1 update again?

  (4) you receive an error message when you try to install Service Pack 1?

  I think that VMware has a 64-bit/function version. You will need to contact them to verify this.
  64-bit to 32-bit is not supported by Windows Easy Transfer, as far as I know.
