Creative support of Cloud for Photoshop asking for Validation of the series. Cannot access the program.
I bought a simple-app membership cloud creative for Photoshop and downloaded and installed, but whenever I try to open the application a window opens asking serial number validation. If I click on validate it says it can not connect to the internet, but my computer is connected. If I click on "Connect later" he charge for a brief moment and then brings back me to the series posting form. I can't enter the program of photoshop at all. Now, if I understand correctly, I should not need a serial number for him since he is a subscription, but I don't know why it's always asking me to validate when I did not.
