  I get my credit card declined through the upgrade site. I ordered 2 updates at different times using the same card and the other went through fine, but the other was refused for a duplicate transaction. Since then, I tried two times on the original map and twice on another card and triple checked the information before you submit.   Sorry to hear that you had these challenges get your updates processed.   I suggest to use the 'Contact us' with the registration site.   You should get an answer here by e-mail - which is the channel of official support for the upgrade program.

  Sales and Support on our sales and technical support lines will not be able to access customer information submitted through the registration upgrade Windows 7 site.   So I would say against the appeal of these numbers.

  I appreciate your sharing your experience, and we look at this scenario of multiple upgrades with a single payment of CC to ensure that is no underlying systemic problem.

After 3 weeks of calls to Costco and Citibank, here's the deal: If you have a credit card business Costco you must cancel the new card when it arrives, go to Costco to cancel your membership and sign up for a NEW personal membership, then APPLY for a new card Citi personal!

  Anyone affected by this should call Costco and Citi (use the Costco # 800 to join Citi) and let them know that they should:

  2-Citi should allow you to apply for a personal card, even if you have a Costco membership business.
