The oscilloscope was no response after that I have send "ASET" (WaveRunner 104Xi order for autosetup oscilloscope) through the viWrite tab.

  I am out of ideas now.

  What's my configuration OR-MAX problem? or hardware problem? or a server problem?

  Please advice... need help badly.

  Alan and LeCroy Support here...

  Use the type of connection (LXI).  The problem is that when you use the connection TCP/IP (ACIP) type, you cannot configure the WaveRunner 104MXi as a resource of VISA's TCP/IP in MAX.   Note that MAX is not 'hip' to recognize any instrument type TCPIP, including extended via ACIP LeCroy.  To use LXI, go to utilities > utility configuration... and then to the 'Remote' tab, where you will find the button on the left side of the screen of config to use 'LXI '.  If you don't see this button, you will probably need to update your firmware.

  With the type of connection (LXI), you can automatically find the scope through MAX, enter this amount as a VISA TCP/IP resource and configure an alias as well...  You can also point your web browser to the IP address of the bezel, and you will see a status page with information, including the name VISA always useful resource to use when you configure the scope in MAX.  (Note, however, there is no need to use MAX at all when the connections of VISA to LeCroy oscillloscopes!)

• Network printer cannot connect through IE

  I successfully download an HP network printer.  I am running Vista and IE8.  Indications (FixIt, printer troubleshooting) all indicate there is no problem.  In fact, the FixIt Windows downloaded without any problem.  Yet, when I try to access the printer, he constantly says it is offline.  I am able to access the web pages IE without problems.  I have this network printer installed on 6 other PCs with no problems.  What else can I do to clear the 'offline '?

  FYI - I actually fixed it.  I did two things.  I uninstalled the universal driver and reinstalled the HP driver for a network connection.  I then found the way to uncheck the 'OFF Line' button.

  You will probably have to create the link without containing the user name and the word in double quotes.

  We have a simple DMZ where I set up a host running ESXi 5.1. I have another windows server in the DMZ subnet and I can load the new ESXi her host's web site. From my PC in our LAN I can not pull the top web interface 5.1 ESXi or connect via vSphere Client. If I enable SSH on the new host, can I use Putty to connect to the new host ESXi from my PC in LAN. I watched the event logs in our firewall and nothing seems to be blocked. I guess that the problem is related to a value or a firewall setting in ESXi 5.1 but I don't know. Any help would be appreciated.

  Just a thought. Why don't run you the ESXi host in your internal network management and only virtual machines in the DMZ? Would make the ESXi host management even more secure, and you wouldn't have to open Firewall ports.

After a new trial, I added my NETGEAR FS105 switch between the FIOS router and my PC 2 and SBS. Result - conflict of addresses of servers.
