  Dreamweaver CS4 installed directly in x 86 mode and works perfectly. There is a source of error after installation: Please check that "resource.dll" has NOT disappeared.

  but I don't think enough people use win 10 and cs4 to make sure.  so the answer is probably yes, but not for some.

  Try the following steps: -.

  • Bridge to Reset preferences: -.
