  Out of the box, Adobe Bridge was "randomly" crash when opening files.

  I tried with several different GIF files, and they seem to all be blocked the bridge.

  Oh wow, I found a solution!

  Instead of using Adobe Bridge CS6 (64-bit), I used the non - 64-bit Adobe Bridge CS6 version, and these GIFs work now.

  
  

  It's really weird because I have a 64 bit OS and I use other products Adobe 64-bit without problem.

• Bridge crashes when you click to open the Adobe Illustrator file from the upgrade to 2015 CC

  As I improved the apps I use CC, 2015, whenever I click on an Illustrator file to open it in Bridge, bridge breaks down.  The error section says: "AIGSniffer quit unexpectedly. By clicking Reopen it blocks only once again. All I can do is click ok to exit. The file opens correctly from the Finder is not corrupt.

  Does anyone know how to fix this? I count on the bridge in my daily work.

  FYI I work on an iMac OS 10.9.5. with a Cintiq.

  I found a different thread on the same problem by searching for AIGPUSniffer and found the answer to my problem and the solution. I post here for anyone following this thread. Just to clarify, in Associations to file/Preferences of bridge types, scroll down to Illustrator. You will see that it is set to open in AIGUSniffer. Click on the little arrow and choose Illustrator instead, so that all Illustrator files will be opened with Illustrator default. Bridge works now.

• CS6 Dreamweaver crashes when you use Parallels Desktop

  Hello. When I use Dreamweaver CS6 on Mac OS 10.11.6, it crashes a lot. Sometimes, it will be immediately. Sometimes I can use it for a few hours. Do not know what triggers really crash if it saves files, undoing things. It's really random. I have Parallels Desktop 11.2.1 also installed so that I can run Windows on my iMac. I used to run Windows 8.1 and never had any problems with Dreamweaver crashing. When I installed 10 Windows, which seems to be when I started having problems. Not sure if this can even be linked or not. Is there a memory problem Windows 10 is requiring more virtual memory which is causing problems? Or maybe that Dreamweaver has been corrupted somehow?

  How can I contact Support Adobe by phone? He directed me to this forum. I still have the serial for Design & Web Premium key. Can I just download Dreamweaver and then use this key set of the to save so I can uninstall the Dreamweaver I and install again? Which will work? You do not know if this will fix the problem or not, but I thought it would be worth it. Can someone help me? Thank you.

  As John said, CS6 is old software.  But don't give up hope quite yet.

  The first thing to try is to delete the Cache of corrupt in DW.  Make sure that hidden files & folders are in your Mac Finder or Windows Explorer

  1 try resetting preferences

  Press Ctrl-Alt-Shift on PC as soon as you click on the Illustratir icon to reset the preferences to the default settings.

  2. If this help not try to remove all printers from the system one & check.

  3. in addition, you can try to set the boot system & check if still HAVE plant if you try to create a file.

• ID (CS6) reliable crashes when you move the point to the mount table

  To prepare a new version of a large document (220 pages letter, 350 patterns), I started to spend all the diagrams at the editing table. It worked well until at some point (say 40 pages or almost) ID crashed during this operation. After recovery I could go on for a few pages, but now I am in the situation that I can't go on more. Whenever I move a frame at the editing table, ID crashes.

  I tested with OS X 10.8 and OS X 10.10.

  What I try to go beyond this problem?

• CHM crashes when you click on links to PDF/word on IE9 files only

  Here's the situation:

  CHM file is created with a few links to items of baggage, which are PDF files. I have links in the two topics and live the table of contents.

  PC with Internet Explorer 8 or less installed, users are able to click on these links and the PDF file opens.

  On PC with Internet Explorer 9 installed, the CHM file breaks down (and worse yet, takes the request that aid was launched since with it).

  I tried to create a small project with links to the PDF files and word documents, as long as the files of luggage and external links only, and the same thing happens. I tried on several PC (even a Vista PC which was OK when it was IE8 and not OK when I upgraded to IE). I'm running the CHMS off my PC, not on network drives.

  Has anyone else seen elsewhere? I would have thought that other people would have noticed this if it was a generic problem with IE9 and CHM files, but I don't see anyone mention in this forum or anywhere else on google. Makes me think it is something that I did wrong...

  One last thing, I have the file as webhelp output and links worked fine.

  It was reported and it's really a problem of Microsoft. Link to most any kind of embedded file is causing the problem. The use of PDF files is very common during the construction of a complex aid distribution system.  This issue has been visible since the IE 9 in the recommended Windows updates.  Which covers the last two weeks.

  It is a relatively new problem. I did a clean install of Windows 7 (x 64) on my laptop in November 2011, everything was fine until April. My thought is that a .dll file is corrupt, or there could be a problem of accidentally unplugging a smartphone or Tablet without ejecting it first.

  Suggestions are greatly appreciated, I really don't want to go through the hassle to do a clean install and then restore all my programs again.

  I think that the first thing would be to try a repair.
  Start > Control Panel > programs and features > click on your Office installation > click Change > repair
