CS6 installation to a different computer, he always tells me that I am not connected to the internet

I have a project due tomorrow. My motherboard is dead so now I have to spend my CS6 creative suite to another computer. I tried to install the software but it always tells me that I am not connected to the internet, even though I am. If I wasn't I couldn't be on this forum at the moment. A WTF happening? Also do I need another serial number? If yes why? I already bought this product, why should I still buy it? Thanks for the help.
