  1. It shows the posting form of serial number on each launch. ?
  2. She crashes their or an error?
  3. If it shows an error then on the next screen it asks to enter the new serial number?

  I run a 3.10 GHz AMD Athlon II X 2 255 with Windows 7 Premium, IE 9 64 bit on a meg 3 DSL.  All my firewall and protection antivirus are disabled.  I use ADA to download in a file I created in C:/Adobe Master Collection.  About 6 times in the last ten days, I tried to get the download, but around 35% ADA seems to stop and never go beyond this point.  I have let it run at some point for 17 hours.  I hate to be otherwise vulnerable on the net, especially for something that I can't buy.  Any suggestions?

• Installation failed for CS6 Master Collection Trial

  I had trouble to download the trial version CS6 on my work computer. I have all the permissions to download what I like on my computer. I got the same message:

  "Errors occurred on your installation.

  Setup could not initialize. This could be due to a missing file.

  "More troubleshooting tips... etc.".

  I've already tried my computer restaring and exit all open applications. I also tried to reinstall applications through Adobe download assistant.

  Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

  Thank you, thank you. The log file showed that there was a problem creating directories. I run install from the disk, not a virtual drive, that solved the problem. I'm sorry that I did not find the log files earlier.

  I recently bought the CS6 Suite of Production Premium.  Prior to that, I made a Master Collection CS6 trial installation.  Now whenever I click on a PDF file, it opens the window of MS trial ended.  My question is: if I uninstall the cs6 Master Collection trial, it will affect my Production Premium Suite cs6?

  dddavies, to get this trial because your Acrobat window can always be associated with the Master Collection CS6 trial. So, uninstalling Master Collection will be the right approach. Whatever it is, you can uninstall Master Collection CS6 trial at any time. This will not affect your suite Production Premium CS6.

  Looks like you may have installed creative cloud and run CS6 from there. Please see this link:

  If you completed a trial and want more creative cloud, you must uninstall it, run the cleanup tool, and then reinstall your CS6.

  I try to open a .pdf file and Acrobat X wonder to accept an Adobe software license agreement.  But the window for that agreement said "CS6 Master Collection" in the upper left corner.

  The simplest solution would be to install the free Adobe Reader to view PDF files.

  Acrobat is included in the Collection of the master and is now the default PDF viewing application. From Acrobat, I believe, will start the countdown to the trial.

  But to be fully functional, if you don't need all of the trial right now, you can go ahead and uninstall it.

  And to win extra time, install individual trials of products according to your needs. Don't forget that you can try a product only once on a machine.

  I bought the CS6 Master collection and Adobe cloud does not recognize this fact - all apps are listed in the trial. I have setup my fresh computer don't have don't nor the CS6 software.
