• Try to install the CS6 Web and Design Premium after installing CS6 Design Standard

  We have a user who requested the installation of Photoshop CS6 extended, but she already had the Standard Adobe CS6 installed Design. We went ahead and uninstalled the Standard design version and installed the Web and Design Premium version, but when we were going to run Photoshop it's always the regular version and not a scope.  In addition, we have also downloaded the cleanup tool Adobe to remove completely all creative Cloud/CS6 version/Adobe ID credentials to try and make a facility 'clean' the Web and Design Premium, but even after this, Photoshop starts again as the regular version despite the installation of the Web and Design Premium package.

  The computer is a Mac Pro and 10.7.5 (Lion).  Is there something we're missing?  Help or clarification on this would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

  • Launch Photoshop
  • Go to help > deactivate
  • Choose the option remove permanently
  • Restart Photoshop and enter the serial number of the Design and Web Premium CS6

  I am freelance pro and educator. I currently have (and installed) a comprehensive package of CS6 Web & Design Premium I will teach After Effects in the fall (which is NOT part of the Web package & Design). I recently bought the CS6 Master Collection version of the educator. I'm not quite sure of how to install the new Master Collection, since this is the limited version of the educator. Should I keep the complete collection of Web & Design using the current license complete and then install After Effects by itself using the license of the educator? Causing conflicts? OR should I uninstall the Web & Design and do a full install of the version of the educator of the CS6 Master Collection?

  You see, the conflict for me is I'm doing professional, paid work, mainly with Illustrator, Photoshop and Indesign.

  You can continue to use your Design and Web premium.

  And for After Effects, you can just install After Effects of the Master Collection.

  When you start the installation, you will get the options to choose what you want to install applications, where you can choose to After Effects and installation to educational assistance of license you have.

  With this, there will be no conflict.

  After upgrade Windows 10, 2 days later SSD does not start.  The software is still intact initially installed.  Option I get from Microsoft, Crucial, Toshiba... reformat drive.  If I do that, I understand, I lose my software license.  I have hooked the SSD to USB cable and can go and see the files.  Try opening Photoshop to disable, I get an error '1' which leaves me without a solution that I understand.  Any help would be appreciated.

• problem with the network wifi and bluetooth also having installation problems

  using compaq presario cq43 405au with windows7 32 bit currently... has been formatted before using it. Since the wifi does not rotate, no bluetooth, no attempt to install all the drivers of network on the site but to no avail, a part of the installation was the same nt successful. . (e.g. softpaq does not apply to the system not installed no recovery Manager). I can not install hp Wireless Assistant for a reason, I tried to use the Device Manager option where I can install and update drivers... that too does not work... it's either the driver specific I'm looking is to day or work properly (yet give problems; even after reinstallation or activation) or I just downloaded the driver has not been installed successfully and thus never appears in the menu Manager device. Right now I use an adapter external tp link wifi... Its correctly installed and works very well for access the internet... But I need to get the wifi and bluetooth thing.

  Do I have to reinstall the OS? Maybe because it has not been installed properly during formatting? or what?

  I can't install iCloud or iTunes on my Windows 10. I have read all the troubleshooting and tried all of the suggestions that I have chosen, but have had no success. The error message is:

  I have improved my s bow to ics, 4 days ago, I used google play for the first time after the update today. It closes at the start. I checked the accounts and sync, my google account is not there, the whole list is just... empty. I tried the installation guide, at the stage they ask to connect to services and sync, I clicked on the google button and click and click, click, nothing, all other icons work (like facebook), I searched for gmail app, does not exist...
