• I can't double-click on an image more to wrap properties

  I'm fairly new to Eloqua and still working through all the training. Until last week, the way I edited an image for borders and the properties of the envelope was double click the image once it has been placed inside the text box, and a small menu layout of the image emerges. Suddenly last week, double click the image does nothing and I can't understand how to assign properties wrap (so that text is aligned next to a picture rather than below).

  The border I can attribute by using the ordinary tools menu. But I can't understand another way to access the properties of the envelope. Any help would be appreciated!

  I called Eloqua, and with the new editor in Chief, this function is broken. They are trying to fix now.

  Hi, has anyone seen this before - when I opened my master, the first time I click into it, everything gets selected. When I double click to edit the model, the width of the container div (that surrounds my page) double size. When I check the width properties page or on my CSS stylesheet, it displays the original width of 989 px, but when I scroll on the container in design mode, it displays 989px (1 985 px).

  I have not saved this to my Web page, but I can't edit the template. Anyone know why this is happening?

  The symptom of having to double-click to edit is almost a diagnosis for a container of an overflow: hidden style applied.  Is this the case?

  Yep - I can see that it is-

  The doubling of the width thing is only a function of the display - I think you may be getting used to and know that this happens only in the mode Design of DW.  I assume you are using the overflow so that the container contains properly its floats?  Have you tried floating the container in place?  A floating element always contains its floats, too.  If you float it instead, you will need to have an another wrapper around her who centers, as a floating element will not also focus.

• Why CSS style adding (as changing color, do change) is difficult to CS6 compared to CS3?

  In Dreamweaver CS3, I simply write a text, select the text and change it's font color etc. by selcting shape properties (which are located towards the bottom).
  But in CS6 when I tried to change the color or font I go to CSS and change it but once again when I try to change it gave me protected by some sort of box that says choose selector etc. or something like that, then, how I have CS3 CSS like Look/Options in CS6?

  Web standards have changed since CS3 came out.  You cannot use the HTML formatting more because it is not recommended.   Everything is now decorated with Cascading Style sheets.  Click the CSS button in the properties panel.

  Please bear with me as I'm not familiar with coding and usually work in design mode.

  I was faced with the menu bar drop-down menu with Spry horizontal and finally managed to do look like I want it to look. I have inserted in my template page. When I saw in the browser, it seems to work correctly. So far so good.

  When I apply the template to a page, all the CSS style disappeared (without defined styles or applied properties)

  in Design view. In Live View mode, it seems OK. Unfortunately, I've updated several pages, and all have the same problem.

  Can someone please? I'm at my wits end!

  Previously, I always applied a model to a page by clicking Edit/models/apply a page template. He has always worked in the past before you insert a menu bar horizontal Spry. That seems to have created the problem.

  Your suggestion was very helpful. Now, I can at least see the styling (although not the Spry bar menu style). I'll have to re-do about 8 pages, but it's a much smaller mountain to climb now.

  I have problems of putting a space between my image and text.  Even if I chose the image.  Space V and H is not displayed in the "window_ properties.

  v and h space are deprecated html attributes and not go in your css.

  You can add space by changing the attribute margin in your css...

  In my CS6 (screengrab below), this button is apparently not found. I don't want to create a new rule, I would like to add a new property to the property table. Is it still an option in CS6? I simply don't see the option?

  -Very well, using Firefox version 27.0.1, hoping not to get once yet another version, but rather the User Styles addon, I still have another Firefox flaw.   Hello, recently I have installed Win 7 and double click on the touchpad is not responding. I have to use the left button. I reinstalled the drivers in different times, but the problem still persists. I use A300. When I go into the Device Manager settings all looks normally - device works correctly.   I saw a tutorial online on how to change the icons of any file (text, folder, programs)
  In addition to the normal way to do it:

  The normal route was right - click folder, text, program or folder etc-> choose Properties > then choose Change icon

  The new way that I learned how to do that was - go to folder options in the control panel > choose the 'file types' tab > find folder icon, click on it > choose Advanced Options > then choose Change icon.

  The reason for me wanting to do other then the normal way is because I would like to point out that all RECORDS USE DIFFERENT TYPE of ICON RATHER THEN DEFAULT UGLY OF THAT folder BROWN ICON that windows XP USES

  the problem starts here... to (go into folder options in Control Panel > choose the 'file types' tab > find folder icon, click on it > choose Advanced Options > then choose Change icon.)

  Note that these are two icon files: the 'Change icon' button is available and highlighted on a launched the Advanced button, but not on the other...

  After messing around with New both of these icons of specific folder "Advanced settings" after closing and the application of the setting.

  For a file or a folder, how do I make a file you must have the owner of a protected file to access. If another user has restricted access and you are the computer administrator, you can access the file to appropriate.

  To take ownership of a file, follow these steps:

  1. Right click on the file that you want to take control and then click Properties.
  2. Click on the Security tab, and then click OK in the security message (if one appears).
  3. Click Advanced, and then click the owner tab.
  4. In the name list, click administrator, or click the Administrators group, and then click OK.

     The administrator or the Administrators group now owns the file.

  To change the permissions on the file that you now own, follow these steps:

  1. Click on Add.
  2. In the list enter the object names to select (examples) , type the user or group account that you want to have access to the file. For example, type administrator.
  3. Click OK.
  4. In the group or user names list, click the account you want, and then select the check boxes of the permissions you want to assign to this user.
  5. When you're done to assign permissions, click OK.
  6. You can now access the file.

  How to capture a record you must have ownership of a protected folder to access. If another user has restricted access and you are the computer administrator, you can access the folder by taking possession.

  To take ownership of a folder, follow these steps:

  1. Right click on the folder that you want to take control and then click Properties.
  2. Click on the Security tab, and then click OK in the security message (if one appears).
  3. Click Advanced, and then click the owner tab.
  4. In the name list, click your user name, click administrator if you are logged in as administrator, or click the Administrators group. If you want to take ownership of the contents of the folder, select the check box Replace owner of subcontainers and objects .
  5. Click OKand then click Yes when you receive the following message is displayed:
     You are not allowed to read the contents of directory folder name. Do you want to replace the the directory permissions with permissions granting you full control?

     All permissions will be replaced if you click Yes.

     Note folder_name is the name of the folder you want to take charge.

  6. Click OK, and then reapply the permissions and security settings that you want for the folder and its contents.
