  The partnumber CTS-C90-K9 is basically the codec C90, it only includes:

  C90 Unit Codec

  Remote control TRC 5

  C90 CODEC license key

  Presenter products natural package (APM) for the C series

  Rack mounting kit

  HDMI cables and power

  The CTS-INTP-C90-K9 partnumber is a complete bundle, including almost all of the required components. See the following document:

• Disable the identification of network cams

  I use LV2010 with 2 USB cameras. The cameras are controlled as NOR-IMAQdx devices and everything works fine.

  However, there is an irritating behavior:

  LabVIEW is always looking the intranet for all connected devices. In my company are more than 10 cameras identified that are used by other colleagues. Sometimes the order of the cams is changing and I must identify and choose my own USB cam again. In addition, I think that IP-scan waste some time. The loading process takes much more time as soon as I understand IMAQdx SubVIs.

  My question: is it possible to disable the search for other IP cameras? I have not found any know how inentify the cams of the USB only.

  The suggested EnabledIPCameras reg key has a spelling error. After playing, I discovered that EnableIPCameras works. Thus, the d was wrong. Thank you, Chris!

  Disable the ping of discovery does reduce not only for both IMAQdx list VI cameras drastically. And I use it now to check that all my USB webcams work well.

  For your information, a comparison of the first start-up of my times in milliseconds:

  EnableIPCameras = 1 DiscoveryTimeout = 1000:19082ms

  EnableIPCameras = 1 DiscoveryTimeout = 0:18082ms

  EnableIPCameras = 0 DiscoveryTimeout = 1000: 1077ms

  EnableIPCameras = 0 and DiscoveryTimeout = 0: 79ms

  We connected via Garland of precision 1080 p HD camera. We want to make the software upgrade for the same thing on the network.

  I found the document for the same thing, mentioning the camera software ftp transfer. But where I can load the file of the software (.pkg) camera.

  Can I use same file software to transport CANADA (TC 5.1.5 .pkg) for the upgrade of the camera files. Some body please help me.

  I've never tried the ethernet upgrade procedure, but I think the package that needs to be loaded via an ftp client for the camera which got an IP via DHCP is the package located at mnt/base/active/rover.pkg. Copy this package to a system which has installed the ftp client and that has IP connectivity to the camera.

  To check that your device is indeed a 'Rover' camera, you can run the following command.

  We have a new c60 installed, but I have found that when we launch multiple calls, only the

  first call has the video, all other calls are calls that are audio only. Is that we need the multisite (LIC-INTP-C60-MS) license in order to make several calls?

  Yes, you must have multisite option key to make over a video call.

  Keyless multisite, C60 is able to do a video and an audio call.

  If case you MCU, then you can make multi call of C60 unit.

• First 7.1 patch broke my SOURCE multi-cam surveillance :(

  Hi everyone, long time listening, calling for the first time it seems the 7.1 patch introduced infuriating bug, I tried to go up and down to get around. Here's the question:

  My Cinema Display from Apple Thunderbolt will monitor is no longer blocking clips in the SOURCE window. I can watch a clip of 3-camera in the SOURCE window and my external monitor displays 1 angle of camera (apparently chosen at random), and when I click on the other windows of the camera, she won't have to them. The external monitor WORKS when control of the PROGRAM window. There, all right. Real-time multicam, cut between angles, etc. etc. Which works very well.

  My Manager is no longer able to watch dailies on the big screen, which paralyzes our post workflow, and annex.

  2 downgraded my CUDA driver, then updated again to the latest version.

  I am running OSX Mountain Lion, (not the Mavericks). This was never a problem before the 7.1 patch.

  In ADDITION, the only way to get the external monitor from the angels in the SOURCE window is right-click on the clip, go to "multicam", uncheck the "Enable" BOX, then select another ahead and check AGAIN, 'enable '. Of course, it's ridiculous.

  Can anyone solve this problem? Any ideas would be very welcome. Everyone applauded.

  It is a known problem that was too late in the cycle of 7.1 to fix. Currently, the only solution we can offer is to play blocking sequences in the calendar/program monitor rather than the Source monitor, which we alter some workflows.

• Why is there no 'user guide' for Thunderbird?

  I understand perfectly that the mode of Organization for Mozilla software is quite different from that of commercial software, so please, don't think not that I expect Mozilla behave like, say, Microsoft (I thought).   I bought this machine with just a SSD because I wanted to install two hard drives that I already own. However, the images in the manual show upgrade you will need to attach nylon 4 pins for each hard drive in the drive cage. The pins hitting the slots on the side of the drive cage and physically hold the drive in place.

  Since none of these guiding pins came with my machine, someone know where I can get them?

• BES 4.1.7 OTA application WebWorks - camera problem

  We build a webworks application, using sdk webworks 2.3.1 for OS smartphone devices.

  If we push the application manually in a dev machine to the phone via a usb cable, we are able to take photos and the photo stream app.  Our problem is that if deploy us the application on a server bes on a DIRECT phone, we cannot use the camera (nothing happens - the camera app is not open)

  Usually, when manually push us to a phone which we are presented with a dialog box advanced to allow the camera to be used by the application permissions, this happens when it is deployed using bes.  This suggests it might be a problem with the it policy, everyone had a similar problem and found a solution?

  Problem solved.

  In order for the camera to work from our application, we need set the event Injection allowed in default of the Application control policies.

• Additional virtual server of telepresence in deployment PMP CUWL PRO

  I have a question about the number of vTS that we are allowed to deploy in a multi-party environment personnel.

  Indeed, when ordering with the former model basic PMP, we are given 3 x LIC-VTS-PMP-K9 and 3 x LIC-AES-VTS-PMP-K9 between with the licenses of the screen, then it means that I can deploy and activate up to 3 vTS.

  When we ordered for a new customer in the new PMP model, we had only 1 x LIC-VTS-PMP-K9 and 1 x LIC-AES-VTS-PMP-K9. Our client is ready to deploy 2 vTS (for reasons of redundancy). But PAK we have allows only a single VTS activation!

  Is it possible to add a second vTS with new PMP model as we were allowed to base of PMP? In fact, we tried to order an additional vTS through PUT. But we cannot find any SKU associated STM in PUT.

  Am I allowed to deploy a second STM in PMP or not? Will contact us license team to provide us with an additional vTS activation key?

  If it is possible, you will probably have to place an order with your partner, suggest you contact your account manager and they should be able to help to understand the exact process.  It's not going to be available through the PUT, because STM requires license and support contract.

  This is possible by using the function of camera to document to have an additional camera to be connected to the system.

  Please note that TX9000 uses no codec C90, no cameras with video control - and it does not support the control of the camera.

  They are the same numbers of micro, "Cisco Telepresence 20 micro précision", part just different.
