  Hello everyone, I'm looking to upgrade CUCM 10.5 to 11.5 and try to find out if the version of Mediasense, UCCX and highway are supported and to confirm with the experts that I am mistaken.

  ORC evolving documents now States that UCCX 10.6 (1) can be compatible with 11.5 (1) CUCM (plus all patches) after you install the ciscouccx.106x.cucm11xcompatible.14.cop.sgn hotfix.

  I have three BBs - the latter is a Pearl Flip I bought new on e - bay.  After spending several hours trying to find why I keep getting error messages when I try to set up my email, I realized that the phone only has 5 service books and doesn't have a book, 'Provisioning '.

  During the loading of data, using for example. primaryIndex.put(id,account_nos); -UniqueConstraintException is thrown when there are duplicate account numbers existing id
  
  But although UniqueConstraintException is thrown, the secondary key duplicate data are still load in BDB. I think that the data should not get charged if an Exception is thrown. Can I know if I am missing something here?
