Custom report HTML Horizontal questions

I have a few questions regarding the customization of HTML reports. I'm looking to create a horizontal HTML report which seems identical to the horizontal report XML. I could extract the relevant formatting of the document horizontal.xsl to enable this. The declaration of the document reportgen_html.seq expressions are easily editable, but it seems that several calls to the modelsupport2.dll are performed in the generation of HTML reports.

In an attempt to retrieve the properties of type of measure/units/Low Limit / limit high/comparison, seems that the modelsupport2.dll must be changed in step 'Add the reported values' of the PutOneResultInReport sequence. Step 'Add the reported values' seems to return the properties listed above which are "marked" in a HTML format via a call to the GetFlaggedValuesForReport_Html() function.

Below is the code for the GetFlaggedValuesForReport_Html:

char * labelOnlyStart, char * labelStart, char * valueStart, CAObjHandle reportString)
{
int error = 0;
ERRORINFO errorInfo.
flaggedValueOptions flaggedValueOptions;
char * reportTextString = NULL;
ReportOptions reportOptions; / / this is initialized in FindFlaggedValues() if necessary
ReportText reportText; It is initialized in FindFlaggedValues() if necessary

clear the structure fields
Memset (& flaggedValueOptions, 0, sizeof (flaggedValueOptions));
flaggedValueOptions.context = context;
flaggedValueOptions.optionsHandle = optionsHandle;
flaggedValueOptions.level = level;
flaggedValueOptions.indentationString = "";
flaggedValueOptions.labelOnlyStart = labelOnlyStart;
flaggedValueOptions.labelStart = labelStart;
flaggedValueOptions.valueStart = valueStart;
flaggedValueOptions.reportOptionsInited = FALSE;
flaggedValueOptions.reportOptions = & reportOptions.
flaggedValueOptions.reportTextInited = FALSE;
flaggedValueOptions.reportText = & reportText;

Download the text of the report to display the measurements
errChk (TS_TraverseProperties (stepResult, & FindFlaggedValues & flaggedValueOptions, kNormalTraversal, 0, ""));

If ((flaggedValueOptions.reportTextInited == TRUE) & (flaggedValueOptions.measurements > 0))
{
concatenate the reportText into one giant string
errChk (ReportText_GetText (& reportText, & reportTextString));

string value of text report pointer object
tsErrChkMsgPopup (TS_PropertySetValString (reportString, & errorInfo, ' ', 0, reportTextString));
}

{
string value of text report pointer object
tsErrChkMsgPopup (TS_PropertySetValString (reportString, & errorInfo, "", 0, ""));
}

Error:
text of report output only if created
If (flaggedValueOptions.reportTextInited is TRUE)
ReportText_Clear(&reportText);

free only if created report options
If (flaggedValueOptions.reportOptionsInited is TRUE)
ReportOptions_Clear(&reportOptions);

CLAIRE (reportTextString, free);

error return;
}

When we look at the GetFlaggedValuesForReport_Html function and following function calls, I do not see where each of the properties are encapsulated in HTML tags. The only function that contains.

  • I would be greatly appreciated if someone could explain how the GetFlaggedValuesForReport_Html function works and where the properties are encapsulated in HTML tags. The goal is to output a horizontal row of properties for each of the steps which seems identical to the horizontal XML report.

Thank you

Hey LVB,

I did some research and I think I found more details for you on exactly where your limits, measures, etc. are all drawn and formatted in the modelsupport2.dll GetFlaggedValuesForReport function.

Here's a quick summary of the way, that the result for each item on the report:

GetFlaggedValuesForReport_Html (line 1760) > TS_TraverseProperties (1785) > FindFlaggedValues (1874) > TS_TraverseProperties (1927) > ProcessFlaggedValues (2409) > ProcessFlaggedSingleValues (2027)

You will notice that the TS_TraverseProperties function is essentially just a function for the functions FindFlaggedValues and ProcessFlaggedValues on the lines of 1785 and 1927 that probably makes it a little harder to follow the flow of the calling code. Take a look at the ProcessFlaggedValues function, but also the functions ProcessFlaggedSingleValue and ProcessFlaggedArrayValue to get an idea of how each value is returned and formatting.

    Hello

    There is a problem in the custom report module (SSRS), the reports were works in version 6.0, but we get the error on the same report 6.1.

    When we tried to bebug the problem, we have found that the custom viewmodel used in the search for the EQT question.

    For example the model EQT visibility does not work.
    Example:

    < Type ParameterType = "PkgSpec" webControl = "ReportingControls/EQTInput.ascx" >

    < model displayVariableIndex '1' = > SearchableView:Config:ProdikaSettings/EQTConfiguration/GSMsvSearchableMultiSelectViews, PackagingSpecViewSingleSelect < / template >

    < / ParameterType >

    Error information:

    Object reference is not set to an instance of an object.

    Description:
    An unhandled exception occurred during the execution of the current web
    request. Please review the stack trace for more information about the error and
    originated in the code.

    Exception details:
    System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of a
    object.

    However, a different point of view model works fine 6.1 and 6.0:

    < Type ParameterType = 'Installation' webControl = "ReportingControls/EQTInput.ascx" >

    < model displayVariableIndex '1' = > SearchableView:Config:ProdikaSettings/EQTConfiguration/PQSSearchableMultiSelectViews, FacilityViewSingleSelect < / template >

    < / ParameterType >

    Wait for the viewmodel change there is no difference between these two configuration of custom report, please let us know, how to solve this problem.

    Thank you Ivy for us help. We have finally solved this problem, because others benefit I he explains here. Let know if any additional question,

    a. the personalized view eqt file was missing and that we compared and added the custom view

    b. looks like that view reference for custom eqt rose from prodikareporting to webcommon in version 6.1. So, we have updated this reference

    Hi there Oswaldo and thank you for the question.

    Currently, OME 1.3 doesn't have a custom report generator. I don't think that the CLI help as it is mainly used to set up from the beaches of discovery and things like that.

    There is a REST API that _may_ allow to return by the data of the database of the MEO program. The REST API guide is in the section of the Documentation on the Dell TechCenter for OME page.

  • Custom reports IPCCX

    Dear professionals,

    I am new to creating custom reports. To my knowledge, the only way to do it is to use Crystal Reports and query the database db_cra. This database provides the most granular information available? I know that there is a document database IPCCX schema, however, is there a document that describes the existing stored procedures?

    Thank you very much.

  • HASH value in a custom report

    Hello

    I created a custom report for Top SQL on a monitored by Foglight Oracle DB. During the creation, for the input data, I check the HASH value. OK, it shows HASH values, but the format is not identical to the database.

    In the database, I have for example 432647

    but in Foglight report I 45 M or 67G.

    I am amazed. What is the problem with my report?

    Thank you.

    It looks like an inappropriate rendering engine has been configured for this area of the custom report. Did you leave the default rendering engine? If so, try some of the other converters and see if you get a better result.

  • Share customized reports

    I just took a class from insight Analyzer and told me that if I created a folder and placed reports customized in there I can share with the team, but I followed his instructions and my team is unable to see the reports.

    Anyone know how I can do?

    Ensure that you have create and save your reports in the custom folder. Each instance Eloqua will have a custom reports folder located in "reports and dashboards. The default folder is called "Custom_ [your site ID] ' but can be renamed.

    After you have created your report, click on save or save as and then click the drop-down menu below so that you can select "Reports and dashboards" and then select the path to the custom reports folder.

    One thing to keep in mind is that if you save your report to the creation in the folder 'My reports' (it is a record of personal relationships) and later move your report in the public folder, you will always be the only user who will be able to see the report.

    It is also applied to any of the custom filters or the guests that you create to ensure that everything you want to share, you save custom public folder.

    I work hard on creating custom views / reports for clients.

    I wish I could customize them like:

    * When you build a custom report, is it possible to remove the first default pages (display / policy settings)?

    * It is possible to mix in a view, a table and a chart?

    Thks,

    Vinny

    * When you build a custom report, is it possible to remove the first default pages (display / policy settings)?

    [AlexD] NO.

    * It is possible to mix in a view, a table & a chart?

    [AlexD] No, you need two separate views for this.

  • supermetrics & vcops custom report

    Hi all

    I have a custom report in which I show a Supermetric.

    How can I do?

    The supermetric does not appear in the describe.xml file and its definition can be found in the database of the user interface.

    So, how can I put the supermetric in the user_ciq_metrics_collected.xml file?

    Thank you

    IG

    Unfortunately, this is not a very easy and simple process. But here's what you can do.

    Transfer Super-metrique involves the following steps:

    • Create package great metric attribute and assign it to the resource type. For more information about the metric development super pls. refer to the documentation of great metrics available in the custom user interface.
    • Ensure that the metrics super created appears in the section "all measures".
    • Find great key of DB alivevm metrics.
    (You can use the following address to execute DB queries: https:///vcops-custom/dbAccessQuery.action)
    select distinct attr_key from attributekey ak,resourceglobalkey rk where ak.attrkey_id=rk.attrkeyid and rk.supermetricid IN(select id from supermetric where name LIKE '%XXX%');

    • Update the file user_ciq_metrics_collected.xml in the Analytics and the UI VM using the great metric.
    • Create the xml file using the great metric to generate customizable view/report.

    Let us know if it works for you?

    Thank you

  • Unifying Primavera - Configuration of custom report

    Background:

    We have configured Oracle BEEP and followed procedures in accordance with the configuration document. We must unify 9.11 in our environment.

    I have defined data views -> I was able to successfully perform the steps "Configuration-> new report--> report" . "» To run this report, I need to provide access of the company space and work within the Shell Instance.

    Now when I try to access this report. Miss me the c option if superior.

    I logged in as "OOTBADMIN": company Workspace-> Admin Mode-> access control-access User Mode-> company-> reports-> workspace > I can't see option "Custom Reports"

    Company Workspace-> Admin-> Access Mode control-> user access Mode-> shells/projects-> reports-> I can't see option "Custom Reports"

    Any help would be sincerely appreciated.

    Thanks in advance

    Once the report personalized, follow the steps below:

    Go to: company Workspace--> Mode Admin-->--> User Mode Browser Configuration

    Select Project/Shell on the right and double-click on who opens the Edit Project/Shell browser window.

    Locate the report published in the section Modules available and business processes (right).

    Select the report, and then move it with the arrow to the left in the middle of the reports tab (or any other subfolder under reports where you want than the State of residence) on the project / Shell Navigator (left side) and select OK.

    Reselect the project/Shell under the browser Mode, then select the button 'Deploy' on top. This will save the changes you made.

    Now you can give permission to the report (skip this step if the authorization is checked by default) and return to the report using the User Mode and you should be able to see the report.

    I would like to know if it works.
