• Third of the reporting tools for IPCC Express?

  Someone has some good suggestions for reporting for IPCC Express tools with tool included historical reports? I need to provide more robust outbound reports, and most of the historical relationship is centered on incoming calls. So I was wondering if there are some 3rd part there tools that offer better reporting box. We could develop our own with the Crystal, but I'm looking for something more 'out of the box. Thank you!

  This seems to be a very common question on this Forum.The only thread I could find which does not reference Crystal Reports has been that of December last year that speaks of a product of prognosis.

  I need your urgent assistance to solve my problem, if someone who at least somewhat or large information please help me.
  My problem is related to SCCM 2012 and SQL server 2008.
  : - I have to develop a custom reports for SCCM 2012 for one of my clients. I have configured all the settings required for preparing the report, and I have examples of reports provided with sccm 2012.
  I get the problem while developing new relationships, if I have examples of reports that I have studied the corresponding reports. I don't get detailed information from the database to create query and get the desired result. As I have not idea of detail of this database structure in it.
  So I need help to create the query as I am new on this database.
  If anyone understand please give me help or link where I can build the report

• To find existing custom reports for a module

  We have a requirement in which we want to find the existing custom reports for a particular module.
  I would like to confirm will help the following query:
  
  SELECT annual doc_name, doc_developer_key, doc_folder_id
  DOC eul5_us.eul5_documents
  WHERE doc_name AS < workbook name >
  
  The 'eul5_documents' table also contains the data of standard reports. If this is the case what specific verification, I need to extract only the customized reports.

  find existing custom reports for a particular module.

  The query you've written works very well. But for particular module as you say, you add the fnd_responsibility to the query.
  If you want to ge the details of reports customized.

  There is no such thing of specific check to find custom reports.

  I've seen a number of conversations about the film the timers being availible in IPCC Express 4.0 so that you can put a delay after an agent ends a call before taking another.

  I've not seen this in the documentation. Is this availible and if yes, how do you implement it?

  You will need to contact your cisco for a loan sales person. Because the software only runs on the Cisco MCS servers. I know that the cisco sales guy there new servers ready for evaluation purposes

• Custom report for several Datastore latencies

  I would like to create a report from the latancy VMware Storage model, but have the ability to account for the multiple datatstores. I need to create a new report template to do this, or do I have to create a Service with the data store and to report on this service?

  The only option I seem to get a store of data one selection.

  You use WVE 7.1 or earlier? I remember that the VMware storage latency report could run for the storage of personal data.

  From WVE 7.2, you should be able to run against all data warehouses. Keep in mind the report displays only with latency data warehouses.

  WVE 7.2 should be available in a few weeks.

  We just finished a contest where we collected the customer details. The e-mail address field should be no mandatory if we have hidden the required field in the code creating an email by default to work around and created our own text for the email address field.

  The problem is, when I extracted the data, the first name and last name fields that were in the form are white. Is it possible to access these data?

  BC uses the address of electronic mail as a primary key, so I guess that FirstName and LastName have been replaced with a presentation of each new, rather than be unique for each presentation.

  In addition, if any entry name attributes that not exactly matches the field names BC was expected, that the data were never recorded.

• messages from the queue for IPCC Express 4.0

  When I have callers in a queue, I want them to hear a message/music for 30 seconds. After the 30 second interval, I want to play another message asking the caller if they continue to maintain - or leave a message. If they continue to hold, I want to keep playing the message/music to the point it was stopped before. Is this possible? Anyone could do this?

  To clarify, I am able to play the music/message on hold - I am just unable to regain it back where it was stopped.

  Well, it's a delicate question. If you use the steps to hold/unhold to read music/message is not possible.

  If you want to use .wav files and stage play quickly, you have to manually to splice the message/music in separate files and play like that.

  I am new to creating custom reports. To my knowledge, the only way to do it is to use Crystal Reports and query the database db_cra. This database provides the most granular information available? I know that there is a document database IPCCX schema, however, is there a document that describes the existing stored procedures?

• Directory of different report for each subsequence

  My test sequence contains a number of subsequences, representing different tests, which can be run separately.

  When all the subsequences (tests) is selected to be executed by the operator (as "Run selected Tests" and not as a part of "USE Test") I have to save the test report to its specific subdirectory in the reports directory. To do this, I created a variable in StationGlobals, which contains the name of the sub directory and is changed in the configuration section for each subsequence (test), according to the name of the test.

  I am trying to use the following expression as a path to the report file in Report Options:

  "StationGlobals.ReportsDirectory+"\\SN_\\"+StationGlobals.TestSubDirectory+"\\SN_[] []."

  The problem is that the path of the report expression is read before execution of the selected step starts (and the StationGlobals.TestSubDirectory is changed), this is why the report is always saved in the subdirectory of the previously executed test. Any change in the StationGlobals.TestSubDirectory made by the subsequence running will be 'seen' in the next run of one of the subsequences.

  I tried also to change the reports using the ReportOptions Callabck directory, but the same problem stop there as well (is executed before the subsequence selected, changing the StationGlobals, TestSubDirectory to the value of specific test).

  How can I get the name of the subsequence selected for execution in order to build a custom report for this subsequence directory/path?

  Other means will be appreciated as well.

  I solved the problem using my custom LabVIEW interface:

  When the report is displayed in the status display window, I send it to a printer. At this point, I read the value of the global variable Station (from TS), which contains the name of the directory in which the report should be saved (this variable has been already changed by the executed subsequence). Then I change the path to the PDF printer, depending on the value of the global of the Station, so that the report PDF file is placed in the correct directory.

• IPCC Express ver 3.5.3 OS Version?

  I have a client who is re-installation of their software of IPCC on a newer server. Can they install OS worm 2000.2.7 more service packs first, or what I need to install a version (2000.2.5) earlier, install IPCC Express 3.5.3 and then upgrade the operating system?

  You must install OS 2.7 more service packs first and then proceed with IPCC Express 3.5.3 installation.

• HASH value in a custom report

  Hello

  I created a custom report for Top SQL on a monitored by Foglight Oracle DB. During the creation, for the input data, I check the HASH value. OK, it shows HASH values, but the format is not identical to the database.

  In the database, I have for example 432647

  but in Foglight report I 45 M or 67G.

  I am amazed. What is the problem with my report?

  It looks like an inappropriate rendering engine has been configured for this area of the custom report. Did you leave the default rendering engine? If so, try some of the other converters and see if you get a better result.

• IPCC Express scripts custom Variable

  Within the IPCC Express 3.5 (3) can define a variable that I can refer in many scripts?

  For example; I could define a variable to 1 on a script1 and then on another script2, I an IF statement, referring to this variable in script 1.

  I can't find a method to do this.

  Discover the scripts State_Check and State_Update under the IP - IVR folder, that's exactly what you want to do.

  I create a similar script for a client who needed to set the variable to the fire drill and redirect all calls in line waiting and again to voicemail when the variable is defined, in all the scripts of the IPCC, I used the State_Check as a subflow at the beginning of the script, and then in the loop of the queue.
