  This bug has already been fixed internally and should be available with the next version. It was peculiar to Mac and Wacom combination on Animate CC 15.1.1.13 release. You can revert to an older version of animate to get rid of it for now, until the next version comes out. Or, you can also use the color or Swatches Panel to choose colors as a solution for now.

  Try Firefox Safe mode to see if the problem goes away. Safe mode is a troubleshooting mode, which disables most of the modules.
