  Have set up notifications for my webmail, but when an e-mail arrives, the notification flashes on then has disappeared, there is no sound to alert me either. Notifications can be customized. I noticed there is an icon on the notification, but it is not on the parameters of the screen long enough to be able to click on it. There was also an icon left in the notification area of the taskbar even as Thunderbird when an e-mail arrives.

  Thank you, took a quick glance, but as you say, it is not compatible with Firefox 49. I think I'll use Thunderbird as client. That will solve the problem. Once again, thank you for your comments.

  Hi, I am a user of Windows 7 Home Premium. My problem is after I uninstalled a few apps, it still appears in the notification to customize menu. I tried the method of deleting the iconstreams and pasticonstreams traynotify in the registry, but still appears in the list of notification customization menu even if it is not executed (already uninstalled).   1. create a hidden item say P1_URL
  2 write this in "Run when the page loads" document.getElementById('P1_URL').value = window.location.href;
  above code will give you the current URL
  3. you can use the element preceding everywhere where you want.
