  I just bought this new Pavilion Touch, model M1Y48UA #ABA w/win 10 64 bit, from HSN & was surprised that it doesn't have Bluetooth built in. For the price, it should have. Since I am a newbie in HP & laptops, this is perhaps & I don't know how to turn it on.

  If this is not the case, can someone tell me my next step to get the Bluetooth on this laptop as cheap and clean as possible. Y at - it an adapter to buy what maybe plugs into a USB port. OR is there a map to easily install in the computer & can it be bought cheaply on my Amazon card or what I need to come up with the money and buy directly from HP? Instructions for installation?   The DV6648se comes with Vista installed. If there was a DV6948se he would have delivered with Vista too. I think the last portable XP would have been in the series of DV60xx or perhaps DV61xx series.

  Hello, my HP Pavilion 23 (product #: H5Q13AA #ABA) suddenly had his CD/DVD-Rom stop working.

  It's an hp device. CdRom SATA DVD has DS8A9SH.  I tried uninstalling the driver and using the HP troubleshooting tool.  Nothing seems to work.  Any suggestions?  The player is acting normally, apart from the computer not recognize (the disc spins when you put it in, etc.).
