d3dCompiler_43dll

I'm trying to install Office Home & Business 2013 with my product activation key.  It downloads about 90 percent, and then I get an error code D3DComplier_43dll.  When I try to search there are a lot of sites that want to allow you to download their solution but many want some sort of payment. If it's common why has Microsoft not corrected it. I just finished my new build PC and installed Windows 7 Ultimate, i4770k CPU with the graphics card intel internal and I've not equipped with a GPU card. Office once before, but due to complications of PC I had to wipe my HARD drive clean and restart Windows 7 Ultimate and all updates installed fine. Where can I download a legitimate Microsoft solution without going to all these different sites?

Hi Shawn,

Where did you download Office product?

D3Dcompiler_43.dll problems are caused by a problem with Microsoft DirectX. The file D3Dcompiler_43.dll is one of many files in the DirectX software collection.

I suggest you follow these methods.

Method 1: First of all, I you suggest to restart the computer and then try to install Office and check.  Many problems have been fixed by restarting the computer.

Method 2: Diagnosis of the basic problems with DirectX
