• Firefox.exe APPCRASH associated ntdll.dll, even after clean install

  Hello, I have problems with Firefox crashes immediately after clicking on its icon.

  Firefox version is 41.0.2.5765, Windows exception code c0000005 (000497e8) the defective module ntdll.dll, version 6.3.9600.18007.

  Safe mode, the profile manager crashes too. I tried to do a fresh install which did not help...
  After that, I deleted my profile files, deleted temporary files, reinstalled Firefox, restarted the PC - problem persists.

  Unfortunately no newspaper is registered by Firefox.exe after the accident (folder/APPDATA/Roaming/Mozilla is empty).
  PC works fine otherwise.

  Firefox crash is caused by a problem of compatibility between Anti-Exploit Malwarebytes and Kaspersky Anti-virus. This problem has been resolved already my Malwarebytes sometime there are, but a recent update of Kaspersky AV brought. Can be solved by installing the latest beta version of Malwarebytes (1.08).

  I have stability with Windows 7 Explorer.exe problems on my newly built PC.

  Web browsers and Explorer.exe crash at startup or display the message "stopped responding" to the opening.
  The Explorer.exe "not responding" issue has become less common, but I think it's perhaps related to the instability with web browsers.
  I find no trigger that causes the crash, the PC is perfectly stable when left slowed or even during running scans.

  It may not be relevant, but for a short period, I found that typing caused accidents. Opening IE11 and click on the links on the homepage has worked.

  However the second I typed in the address bar or search IE11 would be "blocks".
  During this time I could also cause explorer.exe crash by typing the search / in the start menu. Still manually by clicking programs and icons did not cause an accident. Still happen when using the virtual keyboard.
  However, this is no past time, but the instability of web browser continues. Is a crash on startup (Firefox more than IE11) or "does not" after various periods of time.

  Test completed

  • SFC/scannow reveals no problem
  • No card graphics or other PCI devices are not connected (mother/ram/cpu only Board)
  • RAM has been tested on this PC & another known working PC & vice vera
  • Audit pilot Manager does not display any driver without a permit
  • 2009 fix for this issue is not relevant as input 'gas machine' is not in the registry
  • All the installed drivers are WHQL

  However another, possibly third-party files, can actually cause accidents.

  It can help to see what modules are loading during accidents.

  Click on one of the mistakes recent iexplore.exe.

  Can you copy and paste the information that appears in the lower window that loaded modules.

  Do the same for an error in explorer.exe.

  APPCRASH is a term used by Windows for a crash of the application and is reported as "problem event name: APPCRASH", it will also contain information about the name of the program crashed.

  This problem might have occurred because of these reasons:

  1 conflict between third-party applications.

  2 virus.

  3 corrupt system files.

  Try the steps listed here and see if it helps:

  Method 1:
  I suggest to start the computer using safe mode and check if the problem occurs or not. If this isn't the case, I suggest you to put the computer in a clean boot state and check if it helps.

  Step 1:
  Start the computer in Mode safe. At the start of the computer Mode safe with the minimum set of drivers and files.

  The NOR-DAQmx installed driver pack driver is more recent, all of February 2016 DVD, as well as all available updates provided by the Update Service OR.

  A nice update to this.

  Uninstalling the entire stack of software OR who installed February 2016 with the set of drivers, reboot, then install the driver set August 2015 a little older (more), DASYLab 11.0 SP2 has been able to run and to acquire data of a cDAQ-9188XT without problems under Windows 8.1 Pro 32-bit.

  Those I checked the version of these two files that crashed, and their versions have been decommissioned as indicated:

  C:\Windows\System32\nicsru.dll
  
  * Front: 15.1.1.49152 (15.1.1f0)
  
  * After: 14.5.1.49152 (14.5.1f0)

  C:\Windows\System32\nidmxfu.dll
  * Front: 15.1.0.49152 (15.1.0f0)
  
  * After: 15.0.0.49152 (15.0.0f0)

  This points to a bug any having entered the 15.1.x branch which is absent in the 15.0.x and branches earlier, which in turn blocks applications that would otherwise work. Too bad 15.1.x is necessary for Windows 10. I guess that marks 8.1 of Windows that the latest version of Windows in which 11 DASYLab can work, at least when it comes to communicate with modern materials (unless the bug is fixed on the line, who knows?).

  Now, I must admit that it is a feat. For a package of this complex to continue execution of three versions of the OS after the way it was originally planned for isn't easy! Kudos to you guys!

• Multiple APPCrash

  Hi, I have problems with Vista now, after using it for two years.
  I get several APPcrash events for a range of programs, especially Superfetch.
  It happened suddenly, and there is no recent hardware installed or fresh software installed.
  I have since updated antivirus software, got the latest video drivers and updates for Vista, run checkdisk and scanned the drive, but just can't shake the error. In addition to this, sometimes just restart the system when it is turned on and sometimes crashes in a blue screen crash.
  I don't know if it looks more like a hardware problem or a software one. If anyone has any help, it would be great.

• PC freezes when you play a game.

  Hi, a month ago I started having problems with my R4 Aurora. Just, I was playing a game when suddenly my pc froze, I could still hear the sound game (sometimes I do not have) but I could not move my mouse or open the the Task Manager with my keyboard, so I had to reboot my pc by pressing the Start button. I checked support assist in the history tab of system and got a bunch of system warnings event on the application crashes that do not appear or anything like that, so I didn't know about them unless I checked it, after that 2 days it crashed. So I was just sick of all the problems I had with the windows files that were corrupted and couldn't fix me (and crashes the application) I hope I just installed windows 10 fix those. After you have installed windows 10 that I had no problems during a week not until today. Play a few overwatch and my pc froze again giving me errors of collision of app in support assist... I don't know what to do anymore now so I hope you guys could help out me here would really appreciate it. Sorry for my bad English.

• Solution Center does not work under Windows 7 with Officejet Pro L7780

  Downloaded the latest version of the software for Windows 7 and the first issue was when you try to do an installation complete you get a fatal error at the 96 percent mark when she did the configuration. I looked on the web and found a lot of posts on the same problem. Then, I just uninstalled and made a gradual installation.

  This thread has resolved the problem installing the software that supports the HP Officejet Pro l7780 for use on Windows 7.

  The event viewer showed mistakes that network location for %APPDATA%\protector.exe is not found.

  Even if I couldn't run the original installation of solutioncenter.msi to work without errors in the log file, without making any changes, which has not completely solved the problem.

  Since solutioncenter, initially did not work, I decided to run solutioncenter.msi manually and look at the log file. See errors in the log file we made changes to the database with Orca solutioncenter.msi. It took us on a long road that does not initially sense that HP would put something out there that produced errors in the msi log file.

  I don't know how the setup.exe uses solutioncenter.msi?

  The changes that doesn't seem it to matter when you run the setup.exe file that is provided in the download.

  If I used the modified solutioncenter.msi or version orginal of it as downloaded from HP running setup.exe site had no importance regarding obtaining solutioncenter work in windows 7, canceled only changes in the solutioncenter log file errors.

  I had to make the following changes to the environment variables to get the full package to work, but what is strange is that I could replace the changeed solutioncenter.msi or the original solutioncenter.msi and run setup.exe, with the following environment changes didn't matter. The solution Center has worked in Windows 7 using one of the solutioncenter.exe and setup.exe.

  Apparently, setup.exe does not use the MSI directely. I think that HP responses suggested that in a previous thread.

  Add these entries (click new...) for the owner user variables and System variables:

  In the name box: APPDATA

  In the value box: %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Roaming

   

  Run setup.exe and event viewer does not display % APPDATA % Scriptures and all work.
