  I created a poll with Word and have been recording data with pen and paper.  For data entry I thought that it would be much easier to simply import the Word document into PDF forms and click / type data in an electronic form rather than create a whole Excel worksheet that would be in a completely different format of the actual shape.  But after you open the form in Adobe, I realized it might not be a way to store multiple files in a single file.  Is there a way to do it, or I wouldn't be able to save each questionnaire completed in separate pdf format?

  Yes, but there's a command built into Acrobat that allows you to select these files and convert them to an Excel spreadsheet with all the data in it in one command. You don't need to do a file at a time...

• How can I give user rights to save the data entered in a form?

  I've created a form in LiveCycle and open it using XI.  When I open the form, I can fill in the form, but I can only print the form.  I tried to change the security in Livecycle to allow users to save the form with their changes.  I tried to distribute the form, but it does not send.  I don't need the information sent to me.  It is a form that everyone in my Department use and saves on their local hard disks.  Any suggestions?

  You do not have activate Reader a shape with the reader, you need to do with Acrobat. Once the form is compatible with Acrobat Reader, it will be savable with Reader. In Acrobat 9, you must select:

  Advanced > extend features in Adobe Reader

  When you call procedures and packages of APEX-side on the related DB, I can't access the data with a "select...". "in the tables on the DB related.

  Is it because of the different versions of DB?

  Is there a general setting in my APEX 5.0.3 I need to access the data in the tables on the DB related?

• Oracle form functions and procedures in the APEX, how?

  I'm working to recreate in the APEX, already existing read only forms in Oracle Forms. Report features interactive APEX among other things, in fact worth as well as to target a different audience than utilizies versions of Oracle Form. Versions of Oracle Forms use a lot of pre and post query triggers, PLSQL functions.
  
  In Oracle Forms that places, these functions can be found in the "Units of program" section of the form. A feature typical of this kind, based on a particular Mission ID route, collecting names of regular passengers, is shaped with a comma and a space after each of them, in a single string that is returned and displayed the list of passengers of a line.
  
  I have all of this written code so I can move most of the main request of the Oracle form in an interactive report. These functions and triggers called in the form of the "Units of program" section of the Oracle form rather than stored in the database schema in a package, where they would go inside the APEX? Can I create a 'shortcut' in the APEX and call it from the interactive report "Source Région"? I can create the PLSQL function at the level of the region of the interactive report or page level? Or, my best bet creates a package that is stored in the database, all these functions and/or proecedures I might need the original form of Oracle?

  You could switch the function to the database and call it from the report query, but it sounds as if it were superfluous. In the report query using any form of Re: 4. How can I convert rows to columns? is appropriate for your version of the (unspecified) database.

  You could use a table of correspondence in Eloqua for this kind of validation (can be case sensitive or not), or otherwise doing the validation server before posting any data of Eloqua.

  This message is new.  I've never had this problem before on my system.  3 days ago, I created a PDF using LiveCycle Designer ES2 to my office - exactly as I have done for the past 2 years - and now I get this message when I try to open the PDF file on my system at home.  I was always able to work with these files until today.  Yesterday, I installed Office 365 and now apparently I XI player on my system.  Now all I've been able to open in the past will not allow data record.  What is the problem?

  It is difficult to say for sure without looking at the file, but the fact that it is to show that the signature is not allowed is a good indication that the document is not compatible drive.

  This makes large, however submit that it seems that the checksum of line used by MRU included the raw HTML generated by the APEX_ITEM package and not just the value of the column. I worked around this by including an element hidden checksum and creating a process that replaces the checksum generated automatically with my custom.
  
  Is there a better way to intercept this checksum, preferably before it is rendered on the page? I now hide the sum of hidden HTML control in the output HTML of another column, so it's a bit ugly. If not, is there an easier way to achieve what I'm looking for? I tried several combinations, and it seems to work better. It's just a shame there's no way to have a standard hidden column included in the SRM process.

  Any element with the value of DEPTNO 10 has the value SAL, read-only, as otherwise it's editable. This is done by creating a hidden input field for the actual value, followed by the text version OR by creating a single entry field. This ensures that we have the correct number of SAL elements on the page.

  APEX_ITEM. MULTI_ROW_UPDATE is the "manual" version of the MRU that you would normally get with a form of table and works for above normal as sql based query reports. • Inserting into the table of the apex report log

  I have an interactive report with check boxes for each line, when I select a checkbox one according to the report and click the button submit that the first records of departure in the report are getting inserted into the table
  the lines that I select in the report is not getting inserted into the table.
  
  For example, if I select all 4 records in the box and click submit button 4 first records will be inserted into the table. Not the selected records.
  
  I put all the attributes attribute of standard report columns.
