  Need your help with this new pc HP Pavilion TouchSmart 23-f280d all-in-one desktop PC.

  all newly purchased this product and had no problem to display but not to start the computer. It will happen only once I used as watch videos or whatever it is around 10 minutes to 20 minutes and the display will be switched off the sound always playing in the background. Later I just be like around a few minutes, then it will be back to normal. but sometimes, when this problem occurs, I tried to leave about an hour but goes blank display.

  Search for the latest vista drivers for your computer or your graphic card model number and download and install

  I vaguely remember that there is a kind of reminder for display problems on some models of MacBook Pro retina. I don't remember the nature of the issue, nor the accurate models who were eligible.   It seems that your screen displays some graphical anomalies when you connect to your user name. I would use these troubleshooting steps in the following article on the resolution of screens:

  Restart your Mac in safe mode to reset the default display resolution.

  If booting safe mode doesn't resolve the problem, reset your Mac NVRAM and SMC to reset the video ports on your Mac to their default values.

  Have you of the 'show Talking Points' enabled in the view menu? Then you can see small white boxes superimposed on the image in the Viewer.

  

  You can enable or disable on / off power with ⌥F talking points.
