  I just installed the evaluation version of LabVIEW and LabVIEW Control Design and Simulation Module 2013. Normally, for the design of command I only use Matlab/Simulink but LabVIEW has some advantages and I want to enjoy these benefits.   Is there a place where I can put the default naming style to take photos? I would always appoint as YYYY-MM-DD, such on 2011-02-01 so that the pictures will be displayed always sort in their correct order by year/month and then the day in the folder my pictures, and my subfolders.

• 11R2 how to change IP in OWB_REPOSITORY_LOCATION and the default control center

  We are changing the IP address of the Server repository database OWB. Review of the locations tab, I found the default control center and OWB_REPOSITORY_LOCATION are configured with IP addresses, so I need to change the IP addresses in hostname in both entities. I think that I can not use the OWB_HOME/rtp/sql/UpdateLocation.sql script, so, how do?

  Just change the address of WB_RT_SERVICE_NODES control centre.
  Don't take any attention to the value of hostname DEFAULT_CONTROL_CENTER in Design Center because this value is taken from the connection details in the window of loging (for display in the Design Center) (if you type in the address IP of Loging window you'll see IP address in the settings of DEFAULT_CONTROL_CENTER without taking into account the actual address stored in the repository OWB).

  I tried the forums looking (without success), maybe I'm not research using the right keywords.

  Tools > Options > pallets of commands/functions > Foramtting > pallet

• Software Simulation, default object Styles?

  I use Cap 9. Try out the features of the software simulation. Is it possible to apply a style to text objects that Captivate automatically adds the screens?

  I can't call them the text captions because they are not individual objects in the timeline panel. So far, they seem to be grouped into a single object that I can move individually and manually resize (required every time!). Be able to apply a style that would allow them to save a lot of work.

  Are you sure these are legends, not forms? Because the two objects can be selected in preferences, check, default values. At this place, you will find also all the default styles for the registration of the software simulations. And you can easily navigate to the Style Manager object.

  If you want to change the style after the capture, you change to a legend (or form), then use the button of menu hamburger (top-right with three horizontal lines) where you can apply the changes to the existing style.

  Preset animations are the way to go. I have a library of more than 200 that I created to speed to the top of my work. Learn how to create them and use them by typing "create a preset" in the search help field in the upper right corner of the AE and dig through the resources you will find. • Default object style is not applied

  I use InDesign CS6 on Windows 7. I have a newsletter that I throw quarterly, which contains a lot of pictures. I always feel like my photos using a Style of particular object and in the pane object Styles-> graphic block default Style, I confirmed that the style I want is set as the default. But when I drag in each new photo (or use file-> Place), it always starts as "[no] + ', which means no selected style but only a few replacements. I have no idea where he had the idea to do and selected style each time getting boring over the years. Any suggestions on how to solve this?

  This is a long-standing bug. The style is hard coded, apparently, for the tool framework so normal selected object never styles are applied when you place or no drawing a frame.

  There is an undocumented feature added in CS4 (and it has always worked until CS6 - did not check in more recent versions) which resolves this problem partly.   Well I Got I fix I just install an. I mean any plugin can be used.

  Simply insert a plug in Illustrator, and then it is back to normal

  The second question: Yes, although you'd have to simulate a rewind.  You can play playReverse() to play back, stop() to make a break and play() play from where the play was stopped, but you must write a search because we play only our timeline in real time.

  If you're down by controls via the palette, then it will drop any type palette you are in.  You are most likely in the range of modern control.  The setting that you are talking about is when you create a command or the indicator by right-clicking on a primitive terminal.

• All the default values of control programmatically (arduino distribution)

  So I know this has been discussed before, but I have a unique situation.  I will download code to Arduinos using Labview for Arduino toolkit compiler.  I want to programmatically set some default control values on each Arduino using a Labview GUI.  The Arduino kit that I use has a VI of compilation which takes a VI, it compiles, and then it downloads to the Arduino.  How can I change the default value for controls of the VI before he compiled and downloaded?

  Have you tried to use nodes property to set values and nodes of the method of "current default" and save the VI then?
