  Contact the manufacturer of your computer or graphics card and ask them if they have WDDM drivers for your Windows operating system.  You might also look through their driver downloads.

  It could be hardware or software related. You can view these methods:

   

  Method 1.

  Check to see if the problem exists in Safe Mode, if the computer works as expected in mode without failure, then we can solve the problem in the clean boot state.

  You need utility Support Toshiba Flash Cards. This tool controls the FN keys.
  Please check if you can find this tool in the pilot for another series of laptop.

  I have a laptop series Tecra A9 running xp pro 32 bit and I am trying to remove the volume indicator on the screen. The laptop has a volume wheel on the edge closest to the user, and if it's on the knees, the volume knob gets hit all the time.

  Whenever it is typed, the volume on the indicator screen appears which becomes VERY annoying.

  I tried to find a way to change/edit that during a period of time and can't find anything conclusive. I was able to change some .dll and .exe files to change the picture a bit, but it has not completely solved my problem.

  I guess my questions are the following:
  1. is there a way to disable the screen display on only for the indication of volume?
  2. is there a a way to disable the wheel of scrolling shortcut to change the volume, keeping all other shortcut keys?
  3. is it possible to disable the wheel of scrolling shortcut and use a different way to change the volume. I found many other utilities to change the volume of the laptop that allow different variants of shortcut keys that I like to use instead of the scroll wheel.

  Let me know if any other information is needed.

  Maybe you could just cover the wheel with little electrical tape volume and use the command of Windows Volume to change the volume instead?

• Screen displaying unusual effects

  My problem comes in two parts.

  First of all, my screen started to display the oddest Visual effects. Whenever there is a black pixel on the screen, it turns red. Whenever there is a white pixel, it turns cyan. Indeed, at the moment, I'll have to type on a Web page entirely cyan. However, if I show someone a screencapture, nothing particularly untoward appears - they get a regular image to a blank Web page, but the resolution is reduced slot capacity of my laptop.

  Which brings me to my second problem.

  My screen seems to be perpetually in 1024 x 768 and seems to only go to this resolution. In addition, I can't adjust parameters of the screen (brightness, contrast etc.) so, as standard, I checked my driver files to find that my integrated graphics Intel has been replaced by a VGA Compatible video controller. Yet, seems to be an easy fix. I try to reinstall my integrated graphics driver to find the following message is displayed:

  Setup failed to install one or more device drivers.

  Setup will close.

  No code/dump/error log was found of that. So I tried to delete this video controller VGA Compatible and then repeat the process. This time, the same error message that past, as well as a second in my device manager, that was something in the sense of:

  Windows found driver software but has encountered an error.

  Access is denied.

  Well, wait a minute. I am an administrator, I execute the program elevated, and yet I'm still not access?

  This problem can occur because the file wrong system settings or some system files may not work as expected.

  You can start the computer in Mode safe mode with networking and then update the driver in Device Manager. Once this is done, restart the computer and check if that helps.

  Safe mode with networking is an option of troubleshooting for Windows that starts your computer in a State limited with the network. Only basic files and drivers needed to run Windows are started.

  This is because the Q5 and Q10 screens are not alike. The Q10 is AMOLED (Active Matrix Organic Light
  Light-emitting diode), so that the Q5 is 4 LCD (liquid crystal display). AMOLEDs are very thin and no need for backlighting and can produce very deep and dark colors while they are considered to be energy-efficient (note the dark theme of your Q10)

  While LCD, do the opposite and produce more vivid colors, compared to the AMOLED is dark colors are not too dark, and there not as brilliant brights.
  A LCD screen also needs a source of light.

  So, basically, that's the difference.

  Try these in order:

  1 you may have a hotkey enabled for this arrow of ctrl-alt-up/left/right , but this will only work if your updated display driver in place.

  2 on the desktop, right-click graphics options, Rotation - it will be if your display driver has put there.

  3 go to control panel display settings, display, change, settings advanced, {click the large tab that has the name of the author of top display driver}, Graphics Options {or similar term} - then dive around to find the controls - these are all arranged differently, so I can't offer that little will be in but the rotation controls will be there somewhere.

  4 when you find the rotation controls, take a look for the keyboard shortcuts in the same area of the configuration of the display driver - if you ever need to rotate your screen, then you can normally disable keyboard shortcuts to avoid accidentally hitting as you try to do something else [which is probably causing your current problem].

  This problem may occur because of the presence of unused and shortcuts files in Windows. This can also occur due to corrupted

  or missing files Windows.

  I suggest you run the system maintenance utility and check. Please follow these steps:

  a. press Windows + C keys together, and then click Search.

  b. type Troubleshooting in the search box, click on it in the search results.
  c. click on "display all" and then click on "System Maintenance".
  d. click on 'Next' and follow the on-screen instructions.

  It looks unused files and shortcuts that you can clean or remove so that your computer can run faster.

  Please also run checker (SFC) of file system and see if it helps.

  I understand that you can not use the alphabetic keys on your tablet.

  To better understand the issue, please send us the following information:

  1. You are able to use the external keyboard with the laptop?

  2. Is this problem specific to certain keys or all alphabetic keys have similar problem?

  This problem could occur if the filter key is enabled, please disable filter keys and see if the problem is fix.

  Follow these steps to disable the filter key

  1. Press the Windows key + R.
  2. Type of control
  3. Click ease of access.
  4. Click on change your keyboard works.
  5. Uncheck the box that says Activate FilterKeys.
  6. Click Ok.
