Default value of type LdapUser works do not custom Web layout

So, this is my first attempt at creating the webviews to serve as a method of interaction with the workflow.  Some of my defaults do not work as expected.  I have a field of type LdapUser I put a default which calls for action:

GetAction("com.vmware.library.ldap","getCurrentLdapUser").call)

It seems to work in the webview Weboperator but not in the custom Web mode.  I don't know miss me just something really simple.  Maybe I need to add the action as an attribute of the Web view or something in that sense?

Paul

I got it ;-).

There seems to be one for me unexpected behavior:

If you add the link to the workflow runtime using the following syntax:

what you want to write

the property presentation as well as actions for these properties work fine.

If please select the workflow in the client and press CTRL + C (to copy) and paste it into a txt file.

Could you confirm please?

Thank you very much

  • Need help: OPA Batch Processor key-type main works is not for db?

    Hello world

I'm looking for assistance from our friendly community of OPA here.

We will encounter a problem where it seems that the specification in the mapping of entities of primary-key-type = "text" is not working do not when connecting to the DB. We get this error:

CASE_ERROR ERROR Master - case 'null' ignored because of the error: error analysis of value in "ROW_ID" column in the table "STG_TABLE1". Value 1-XSAMPLE' is not a number

P.S. We lack the batch in a Java runtime environment. Batch processing is the OPA v10.4.1.

Everyone knows about this problem? Was it an option of specifying mapping entity that has been implemented in version 10.4.2 to 10.4.4?

    Thank you

    Isamu

    Hi Isamu,

Support for primary keys based on text (using the primary-key-type = "text"attribute) has been implemented under 10.4.2. If you can upgrade 10.4.1 then you should be fine.

  • BlackBerry® Smartphones default e-mail doesn't work does not correctly - I think

    Hello

I want everyone who receives an email from me since my Blackberry to see just my company email acocunt. So I created this address as the default Service (EMMIC). Three elements/questions:

    1. New email: if I create a new email option works very well - enter by default. OK
    2. Forwarded message: if I send an email I had received, the default account is not chosen, even if this might be the first time that I never received an email from this person (so unprecedented has been set for the other email acocunt). But I am able to change the email acocunt before sending. I think that the default account would be chosen because it is the first time that I ever corresponded with this person. Or better yet, why my blackberry would choose an acocunt rather than another especially when the account he used is not designated in any special way as a default? I would prefer not to have to modify them. Can I do the BB uses default here?
    3. Replying to an e-mail: I understand other assignments than the Blackberry will remember that I said to this person in the past by using a specific account and will continue to do so. It's ok I guess, but I would like to be able to disable this option. But when I go to the top to change the default email acocunt before sending it, it won't let me. The option does not exist - no fall down. How can I get the BB to give me the option?

    I have a curve 8520 running 5.0 - thank you

I solved this problem and the question that many face when we want to substitute the name of the email account that BlackBerry uses when sending emails.

As mentioned previously, the default setting for the Services only works for new emails. But it fails even when the person you send the email to a the same e-mail as account name account by default in your blackberry. He then gets changed before sending. Very picky!

As a summary, I have two email accounts saved in my Blackberry (business and personal). I get emails from my personal account (gmail) because I have all the emails through this service. But I want only sent by my business account, or at least I want as the recipient of the email to think it is sent through my business account. I have this for commercial reasons, so that the recipient will never know I use gmail and always sees my business account. It was easy to do on the server of gmail, but I could never do this works since the Blackberry so far.

The way I got it to work was to change the settings of email account for my personal account as follows:

    1. Delivery options > answer to > e-mail address, you want all of your answers to say that they are sent to
    2. General options > your name > and then put your name as you want it to appear in front of your e-mail address (I believe that it is optional because it adds your name to the front to send it as an alias)

Note that the email in the email address can register the address, that you don't want to send, but the recipient will eventually see the address you intend to see. It seemed to work for the wingers, answers and new emails.

  • HP ENVY 15 Notebook PC: HP Envy 15 action keys works do not (F9, F10 and F11)

My laptop has been working fine since purchase, but last week, I noticed that action F10 F10 & F9 keys (jump, play/pause, skip) did not work for their function. Before last week I could just press the key to activate, I read other posts of this forum and the answers did not work pressing fn + alt + (key action), either by pressing fn + key action. To make this work I need to access the bios screen and change the default values, but it only works when the laptop is on. If I turn the laptop, turn again he resorts right back to does not. Action all other keys work e.g. keyboard backlight, volume, brightness, etc.

    Any solutions would be welcome.

    Hello @Spudy96,

Thank you for your quick response!

You can try to perform a System Restore.  If this does not work, then you could also try to install the previous version of the BIOS of your Support Site.  Let me know how it goes.

    Good luck!

  • Save as not fill not custom metadata value defined by the rule of the world

I created a global rule to set the default value for the date of creation of custom as the date metadata field current system. This rule works fine for normal recording but when I use check in a similar feature of the AAU, the value created is is filled with metadata value of original content instead of the default value defined by the rule. Is it possible to fill the date of creation as default value defined by the rule even when checking in a similar role.

    Thanks in advance!

    Published by: 906120 on January 5, 2012 04:42

Similar check-in does not script in the field "use defaultvalue", since it must copy the metadata values. However, you can add the script to the "derived field" as well. Don't use dprDefaultValue but dprDerivedValue =
This script will be evaluated before the check-in operation and any value contained in the metadata field will be replaced by the value set by the script.

  • Save the value LVOOP to the default value of the class programmatically

    Hello!

I was stuck on this little problem for quite awhile, maybe I can't see the wood for the trees, my intention is perhaps utopian

Here's what I want to do: retrieve the default value of an existing *.lvclass class (not), change it to some sort of Setup, and then save the back by default to the *.lvclass file (or any other).

The only planned mounting is on changing the default value, no more, no less.

I tried a few magic Server VI in vain (LabVIEW crashed)

    Any suggestions?

    See you soon

    Oli

    Hello Oli

With some, as you named: "Magic VI Server", it is possible to edit the default class data and save it as the same/new class. However, there are at least three major problems:

    • This is not possible in the runtime, because it requires features available only in script development
    • If you want to save the class changed as the new class, she would need to copy all the screws and the controls of this class
    • It is simply inefficient.

So before we go any further, could you explain more thoroughly, why would you want to? If you have two classes, which are exactly the same, but differ on data default field values, this is absolutely not a good idea and not a good software design. And relying on the default values may generally lead you to unexpected behavior of your program in the future, when you decide to change these default values.

  • Custom calculation script - default value

Hi, I would like that the field 'A' a calculation whenever the field "B" changes its value after this 'A' becomes editable for the user. If "B" changes its value at any time, then 'A' clears any value, calculated and becomes editable for the user. As a default value.

You must use the custom b validation script to do the math. That change in a way a field will update when the value of B, but you will still be able to manually change A. To access the value of B, in this case use event.value, for example:

    this.getField("A").value = event.value * 2;

What you're doing results in the engine of the APEX, P24_CASE_NAME 'C254DB' value in the default value and then try to assess this string as a piece of PL/SQL. Outside a block in which it is defined as a variable, constant, or a function 'C254DB' is not a valid expression of PL/SQL.

  • Change the default value for new messages of the 'paragraph' in "text" format the answer currently online because it does not work

The answer currently online for this problem said to follow the sequence "tools-options-composition" and then change the default value, but this sequence "tools-options-composition" does not exist in Thunderbird (at least in the version I have, 45.4.0). Under 'tools', there is no option 'options... '

It can depend on what menu you look and which operating system you are using.

Tools | Options | Composition refers to the menu bar on top old.

You can use alt or F10 to make the menu appear temporarily. Go to the view of . Toolbars and check the boxes if you want it constantly on the show.

If you use the button 'Menu of the Application' new fashion (with three horizontal lines - see the attached picture) then it's probably Options | Options | Composition -I say 'probably' because I'm on Linux where 'Options' are replaced, I think that, by "Preferences". Another complication with this infernal Application Menu is that different things happen depending on whether you click or hover. Place the cursor on the Options of the first and the second appears after some time.

See http://kb.mozillazine.org/Menu_differences_in_Windows, _Linux, _and_Mac of the differences in Windows, Mac and Linux menus.

    report B

Report A and B are the same reports as structure and filters. Only have different names.
Prompt A and B both filtered region attributes:
Invite a default view in clause sql on the "Région" attribute values: region1, 2, 3
B quickly view sql clause on the "Région" attribute default values: 4, 5, 6

If I run the A dashboard, it works fine.
If I run the dashboard B, show me the same values of the dashboard (region1, 2, 3) in the two guests of report.
If I click on the Clear button, the B dasbhoard runs correctly and shows 4, 5, 6 in the two guests of report.

Go ahead and skip this step then. I never did, but my colleague has mentioned that you can disable the RPD to be cached at all, so if you are in online mode and you still cannot manage the cache, assume that this feature is disabled.

In addition, as I said above, I don't think it is a caching problem, it was just more precautionary, so I don't think it will be a big problem.

Please let me know how the rest goes!

  • Why can I not use Get LV class Default Value in a dynamic VI?

I'm trying to substitute a VI that uses 'Get default class LV value' and get an error that I do not understand.  My parent, 'Message class of ANT' class, has two children - "Class ANT from the command" and "ANT-class response.  Children participate a lot of data and features, including the factory pattern that implements 'Load Message class' VI of the superclass (see image).  I would replace this VI with a version of command and a version of the response, which would simply call the version of the Message with their respective classes of the substitution of dynamic input and output terminals.  However, I get the error "Front Panel"ANT Out class Message"Terminal: type of execution do not spread of dynamic input to dynamic output.»

Don't know how to get around it.  Any ideas?

    Thank you

    -Jamie

That sounds like a strange thing to do - what you will do is to return the default value for the entry class. What is the reason for the class loader of the disc? You SHOULD have already loaded the class in memory, because the output type MUST be the same as the input type (this is a requirement of dynamic distribution work, because the error is telling you). Since you already have the class that is loaded in memory, there is an easier way to get the default value: wiring a loop For iteration 0, and the entry class through wire directly to the output class, with tunnels on the inputs and outputs (NOT shift registers). As the loop never executes, the output is the default value for this class (see https://lavag.org/topic/15354-testing-for-the-same-class/#entry92502).

Replace "to more specific class" with "class of Run-Time to preserve" will also work, but still, I can't understand why you try to do it at all.

I got it to work.  This is the DB.  MySQL Workbench open and highlight and right click on all the tables.  The choice of DROP.  Then to repopulate the tables to learncfinaweek, run the import_mysql script, which is available online.  The site works fine now.  Thank you Jesus.

  • Default value for the select list of type of form elements

    Hello

I do not work with Apex that mutch, so this may be a simple question... but I still need help.
I have a form, in this form, I have a question P19_ONTVANGER_ID, this is based on a LOV.
This LOV is on a table that has a field of username with the value of APP_USER.
    The table looks like:
ONTVANGER_ID this is the PK and is going to be the return value from the LOV.
NAME is the display value for the LOV.
    USERID is the column APP_USER.

What users would like to get is that if they create a new record, the default value for the P19_ONTVANGER_ID field is their own ONTVANGER_ID.
But they must also be able to select another user.

hope there is someone out there that can and will help me.

    Kind regards

    Rob

Until now, I had, but I need to select the value of the id of the table and the list of selection item appears the corresponding value.

    How can I do this?

You can select the Type of default value as the body of the PL/SQL function

and to add something like that

    declare
    v_return number;
    begin
      select your_id
        into v_return
      from your_table
      where some_column = :APP_USER;
     return v_return;
    exception when no_data_found then
     return null;
    end;

  • Setting the default value when a def type strict

If my Subvi has a control that is be a strict type defined cluster and I saved values in the control as the values by default, how can I change the default values in the type definition (which is empty).  Because this is a strict definition of type, I can't click on items within the cluster and change (for example, click on a table inside the cluster and make an empty array operation.)

In the attached screenshot, control 'WHEAT meters to Test' is just an array of bunches and I was able to clear the Board.  Control "Data of Capture" is a strict type def.  I want to erase the contents of this control without having to remove the control and add it back with a new instance of the same type strict FED.

Yes the clusters within the strict type def cluster are also type defs and control over this Subvi is the only place where the default values are in clusters because they have been registered as default values for the control when I was doing developer test on the VI.  All real .ctl files have default values default to them.

I just realized that even if the objects inside the strict type def cannot be selected with the mouse, right-click operation still works and the values can be modified or deleted.  I don't think I need more help with this problem.

    Thanks to all who responded.
