  The Total Video Converter v3.60 is compatible with Windows 7?

  If the program is not compatible, then you try to install and run the program in compatibility mode.

  Use the following steps:

  (1) right click on the program

  2) click Properties

  3) click on the Compatibility tab

  (4) select run this program in compatibility mode and select Windows Vista or other operating system, the program has been run successfully.

  This problem may occur because of corrupted system files.

  I would suggest to run the auditor of file system (CFS), parse and check if it helps.

• most of my Windows 8 desktop icons and programs disappeared

  About 20 GB, programs and files located on my desktop Windows 8 have disappeared. There are several empty folders always on the desktop with all icons and programs into them now gone.
