  Why can not make us simpler and just add an entry to your VI supplement.   Application data are not a real record, it is a crossroads which is only there for backward compatibility. A crossroads is a shortcut that redirects the programs and files to another location, and for the most part hidden.

  This particular junction points to the C:Users\username\AppData\Roaming folder.
