Please, I beg you. This is driving me crazy. I went to the Apple page where you go to the "go to folder" and search for specific extensions, I removed the one that was there, but it does not solve this pain in my... Well you know. The only things I can find are sites of malware, which are just trying to sell me their product or info for Windows or Safari. I'll go crazy if I can't get this driveway infestation!

2 Disable Extensions and test them.

Safari > Preferences > Extensions

Disable all extensions and test them.

Enable the Extensions one by one and test.

To uninstall any extension, select it and click the "Uninstall" button

3 safari > Preferences > Search > search engine:

Uncheck the box and select your preferred search engine.

4 safari > Preferences > general > homepage:

Set your home page.

    One possible cause is security software (firewall) that blocks or limits Firefox or plugin-container process without informing you, possibly after the detection of changes (update) for the Firefox program.

    Delete all rules for Firefox in the list of permissions in the firewall and leave your firewall again ask permission to get full unlimited access to the internet for Firefox and the plugin-container and the update process.

If I close my browser Firefox 1 I can't reopen it unless I have use Windows Task Manager to END the process Firefox.exe.     Yes and Yes.

    1. You can open a new tab and see the history list. TAP and hold unwanted history and select 'delete '.
    2. You'd have to synchronize the device on the account. Also you can drag to the story in a new tab and drag between history and history is synchronizes to confirm if it's there.
