Delete system 32 files, now the computer does not work.

Hi all, I received a virus there is a day of a program called Internet Security 2010 for me (I think it's an advanced antivirus remover or something a long these lines..)

In the case, I did a scan of the system with AVG and BitDefender, nor presented with something else that the virus still persists. I took to google and then made to spybot, once you have downloaded and installed, spybot was the source of my problems and showed that helper32.dll and smss.exe in my System32 folder where the two infected. Knowing this, I deleted both of these files, but some issues (such as Mozilla blockin automatically to sites like facebook)... I advanced and downloaded malwarebytes. ... I run another scan encounted three more errors, helper.dll has been infected, still, so I tried to delete it once more, but I need permission to do so.

In a stupid gesture, I moved into my office, almost desperately tryin to get rid of, renames, tried to remove it, permission, so now there remained
I've renamed helper32.dll and put back into System32 filefolder. I also downloaded Microsoft Security Essentials.

In the case, something, I think in my registry, or maybe in my services I messed up, because whenever I connect to my computer, I get a popup of the saying of the toolbar "Windows could not run services" and something to reject llimited to users to access certain things. " In addition, my internet does not connect and says "service incorporate or group does not" or something of the sort.

I have remove the somethingI wasn't supposed to? How can I change? In addition, the system restore will not work and keeps telling me an unknown error occurred and tells me to pick another point to restore, but says that with every point, I try to restore, as well, I have no backup of windows.

For the record, I am running Vista 32-bit Home.

Hi Anarchoi,

You are able to get to a command prompt?  If so, run SFC/scannow to replace missing or damaged files.  Let us know if that helps.

    1. did you remove Bootcamp using disk utility?

    2 have you tried local restore or recovery of the Internet? - OS X: on OS X Recovery - Apple Support . Mac with built-in optical drives may need 'Gray' disks to boot the system.

    From what I see, Apple does not screen repair for any older than the iPhone iPhone 5. I don't see off-warranty, replacement cost for 4 on their page of repair, but I'm figuring you would spend at least $200 to get a new.

    Would be better to see if your cell phone operator has the options of upgrade for you.

    Because you performed a System Restore you would not be able to determine which update problem from occurring. You will have to wait for the update to your computer to determine the update that caused the problem. The update does not necessarily cause the problem to occur again. However, you can view the history of updates to updating history.
     
    1. open the control panel (all items view), and click the Windows Update icon.
     
    2. click on the link to view update history.
     
    3. to view the details of a single Windows Update-
     
    (A) select and right-click on a Windows Update list, and then click details.
     
    (B) click on close when finished.
     
    As far as the question of timing is concerened, you can scan SFC on your computer and check if the problem persists.

    Steps to perform a scan SFC:
     
    1. Click Start, click principally made programs, accessories, right-click Guest, and then click Run as administrator. If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password, or click on allow
     
    2. type the following command and press ENTER:
    sfc/scannow
    [The command sfc /scannow. analysis of all protected system files and replaces incorrect versions with appropriate Microsoft versions.]
     
    A message appears indicating that "the system scan will start. Be patient, because the analysis may take some time
     
    3. If all the files require that a SFC replace will replace them. You may be asked to insert your Win7 DVD for this process to continue
     
    4. If all goes although you should, after the analysis, see the following message "Windows resource protection not found any breach of integrity.
     
    5. once the scan is finished, close the command prompt window, restart the computer and check.

    Do you know when this problem started?  Try a system restore to a point in time before the problem started (I have about 3 weeks ago - but give him some leeway if you can).  Here is the procedure: http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/windows-vista/using-windows-vista-system-restore/.  Don't forget to check the box to show more than 5 days of restore points.  If the first attempt fails, then try an earlier point or two.  NOTE: You will need to re - install any software and updates that you have installed between now and the restore point, but you can use Windows Update for updates.  This should take you to when things were working properly.

    If this does not work (or you do not have a restore point old enough) what e-mail program you are using (name and version)?

    Just to blow the windows + L combination ctrl + alt + del and 'start'-> lock does not work. (they work perfectly for years!)

    Windows + m, windows + e both works very well.  right click on taskbar & works Task Manager.

    No hardware changes, no new applications or other software - with the exception of the items installed via windows update (value recommended settings).

    Troubleshooting this would entail now manually install a fix from Microsoft at the same time, restart and test the features you lost before - BY PATCH.

    There is no more it wasn't a single patch from Microsoft (you'll get through them all, without ill effect) or you will find one that has the problem.

    I recently had to send my TX2604ca in a replacement for the fans. Shortly after he come back that I switched to Win7 x 64. Since the upgrade, I can't touch the screen more. The pen still works, so I know that the material is fine, but no finger touch or gestures are recognized. I guess it's a driver issue, but I have not found anything that points to (work) touch drivers updated to Win7.

    Working profile doesn't have access to the shared folder, and there is no camera installed by default application.

    Hi new to the forums here - I'm pretty desperate at this point - here's the game:

    McAfee, asked me to reboot after uninstall so I agreed.  I assumed that I would run the McAfee removal tool once the computer has been restarted, but now my computer freezes right on a black screen after the initial startup.  When I boot in safe mode, the computer hangs on the last file MUP. SYS.  I have left on all night, still will not get past the MUP. SYS

    I have run chkdsk and found 0 errors.  I also followed the indications of MS here: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/307545 does not.  I used Hiren boot and back up my data.

    Running XP MCE 2005 cumulative 2 - SP3.  The computer is a Sony Vaio - so I did not have a full XP disk, only the recovery discs (thanks to strip sony!).  I downloaded a copy of the recovery console which I can boot to.  Is there a way I can run the MCPR.exe since the recovery console?  What else could be the cause? Thank you very much!

    PS I also unplugged all devices except for my keyboard and mouse.

    Unfortunately I do not know which files to delete McAfee.  I guess there could be hundreds of them.

    I sincerely apologize for bad reading you post. The problem was more than likely caused by the process of uninstalling McAfee. Hang up on MUP. SYS actually has nothing to do with the Ministry of the INTERIOR. SYS file. It is simply the last file loaded by windows when an attempt to start in safe mode has been selected. There are a number of issues that can cause this error. As I said above, in your case, it was likely to McAfee.

    Follow the instructions below carefully to perform a restore of the system using Microsoft Diagnostics and Recovery Toolset (MSDaRT). You will need a computer to work with a working cd rom and a dvd/CD blank.

    Download and install ISO Recorder version for the operating system of the non-working computer to work.

    Once completed, restart the PC with the cd in the drive and start over the cd to verify that it works correctly. If successful in the computer non-Boot.

    Boot with the cd and when prompted, connect to the operating system (should show C:\windows).

    Once connected, click Start > system tools > system restore
    The interface of the system restore opens where you can choose to restore the system to an earlier time.

    I have a client who has a Dell Dimension E510 with Microsoft Windows Media Center Edition 2005.  Failure of their hard drive, so I installed a new hard drive and reloaded Windows XP Media Center Edition 2005 collection of Technet.  I'm now start using the Microsoft key update tool to update the product key in the product key of the client on the system chassis.  Unfortunately the Microsoft key update tool is not supported in this version of Windows XP.  The client doesn't have their media.  Any help would be appreciated.
