Dell bluetooth keyboard has stopped working

I have a dell keyboard and mouse bluetooth.  The mouse works fine, but the keyboard has stopped working. Batteries are fine. Cannot 'discover' the keyboard because I don't seem to have any device options 'bluetooth' in my control panel devices. Any ideas?

Contact Dell or just buy a new keyboard.  Wired are really not expensive - I bought one for $9 that works very well.

    Sorry, but your problem is not easy to understand. After reading these two sentences, it is not easy to tell if there is a general problem with the keyboard or what.
    When you enter the BIOS settings can use keyboard to scroll through the options and tabs of the BIOS?

    Since when did you notice this problem?
    You have created a recovery media? If Yes, please try to use it and install original recovery image.

    I have Windows V8ista on an Inspiron530s. With any surgery, I keep getting the following massage:

It will appear in a small box several times per hour during any operation. (internet or a document) I find no answers in any forum.     AT the SAME TIME: I have Trend Micro Internet Security, (aka PC-Cillion) and although the firewall & defenses are up, I can't scan the computer for viruses. I spoke with trend micro Tech Support 4 times on the phone and various changes have been made, but not thhas solution. They seem to think that the problem is related to this error message.  I'm really tired. Can anyone help?  :?/

    Best advice would be to uninstall the DSS. As you find that it causes more problems then it helps.  Go to the Control Panel programs and features and are looking for Dell support Center and uninstall it.

The keyboard worked fine for a year apart from the occasional glitch when it stops working, I add an extension of cable and it starts working again.  However, all of a sudden the numbers on the keyboard at the top of the keyboard have stopped working (but - and = work). the keyboard on the right continue stop work very well.  I think the function keys work always.  Someone at - it ideas?  It's driving me crazy!     The first thing I would recommend, first and foremost, is to update your Mac if there are updates available for the version of Mac OS X, you're running. Follow the steps in the article to support below if you are not familiar with how to update. For the purposes of troubleshooting, whenever you test your keyboard after you follow the steps that we provide, make sure that it is while the keyboard is connected directly to the USB port built-in on your MacBook and not connected to a USB hub. In addition, disconnect all other devices you have plugged into your Mac, besides than the charging cable under test.

    Update the software on your Mac

    If the problem persists after the update, the next step would be to reset the system management controller (SMC).     For some reason, the keyboard on my laptop Satellite 1000 series has stopped working (I think someone was able to associate some liquid above...). Device displays Manager ' easy internet keyboard "and"logitech HID-compliant keyboard"(which refers to a USB keyboard I was forced to buy).
    No luck, anyone know what is happening and how I can get my keyboard to work again? Maybe something to do with the reinstallation of the drivers?

    If somebody spilled a little liquid to hardware malfunction and I guess that the keyboard is default now. Try to contact the Service partner and pick up some information how the new costs of keyboard. You can also a Google a little bit around and find that keyboard correspond to your model of laptop.
