  I don't know what you mean by "Dell stage", but two options for you, both involve the Task Manager. In both cases, you use the Task Manager to access the shortcut that is blocked and give him a new place to become a shortcut to.

  I could solve the formidable 009-654 on my c1765nfw. I have downloaded/installed driver usb printer and connected the printer to a usb port on my computer. I downloaded the latest firmware driver. I started with a removed toner cartridge printer. I ran the Dell firmware upgrade program, and he acknowledged that the printer is connected and loaded the firmware. End of the installation of the firmware, I rebooted the printer and everything works again.

  You just buy a new laser printer, Dell C1760nw and install the software, and everything seems functional.  However the application downloaded with the cd-rom, which has been recently updated through the latest firmware in October 2014, has not worked.  It says something about the "Dell supplies management system has not started.  Ideas on if it's important or if I'll need when it's time to re-order/inks?  Thank you!
