  I ordered a new graphics card and the power supply about two weeks ago. When I put the new power supply in the computer, it worked fine, power supply is Corsair 600 watts.   VGcrazee, welcome to the forum.

  I think that your new video card is not compatible with the motherboard BIOS.  960 GTX requires UEFI in the motherboard rather than a standard BIOS.  HP didn't start using UEFI until mid-October 2012.  I suggest that you check the BIOS version and contact Technical Support PNY for help.  They are the experts on their products.  It is very difficult to know which video cards more recent will work with older computers.

  OK, it's pretty embarrassing that I almost didn't write back. The monitor I was using has entered both VGA and DVI. Apparently, it is default to VGA and I found a source selector to choose digital & now everything is cool.
  Why I decided to write back, also the closure of this point, is to note that higher speed graphics cards can be supported by the H530. I installed an EVGA GTX560 Ti, which is not the fastest of the world map, but it looks like that he compared with the list of maps in the maintenance manual which IMO aren't enough of an improvement to bother with.
