(the computer is set to wake you up at a mouse click)  When I click the mouse fan goes up like to spend awake mode, but fan and the power light continues to blink.  I press the power button once and stop the computer, then the computer says recovery and gets stuck again.   Four "beeps", could indicate a memory problem, if you are comfortable working inside the computer, try to open the case, remove and reinstall all memory modules and see if that makes a difference.

  If you not comfortable working with the removal and the reinstallation of the components, then I suggest that you take the Inspiron 530 to a repairman.
