  Check in the Device Manager, the machine uses the ATA drivers not AHCI drivers

  AND will not install the INTEL RST drivers.

  I did some research and discovered that the chipset in this system, the H61, simply does not support AHCI or RAID. There is no way to activate for a reason. :(

  I can't start my Inspiron desk top to Windows 7.  He makes by Dell and Windows logos, then hangs on the black screen with the arrow cursor.  I tried everything suggested in the troubleshooting articles that I found on this site and elsewhere on the net... except to reinstall Windows 7.  I don't have the drive to make but has a set of recovery disks when I bought the computer.  The computer is unresponsive, either for them or for my Windows 7 repair disk.  This started when I was working on a problem of queue and has resorted to the restoration of the system when nothing else has worked.  When restoration was finished, it was impossible to restart.  The only clues suggested that the problem may be due to 'a recent hardware or software change' and 'required device is inaccessible.  It would seem that the system restore deleted something he should not have, but how I discovered what happens if I can't in my files? The disc of Windows 7 will do everything that my recovery disks could not do?

If you create the file, forget it, if you do not create the file, delete the file User.js (some programs create and write in the file also).

  Call the manufacturer of your computer.
  Request a set of recovery disks. The cost of the disk is minimal and the money will be well spent.

  Also ask to speak to a technician and learn how to access your recovery partition (if you have one) and the use of the recovery partition.

  Note:

  If you have files that you want to keep, save these first before you restore your computer.

  Thanks, I went to the start menu > type devmgmt.msc > left click on the result > right-click on Bluetooth radio > click left adapter > click on disable /OK. Now download for Windows Virtual PC will not allow to install another, nor that the first installation can be uninstalled because it is not on the list of programs. Virtual PC folder of Windows in the Program Files x 86 folder has only a folder with two files integration components; IntegrationCompnents.iso and Precompact.iso.
