Dell Tablet 7840 issue

first of all, I bought this tablet January in 2015.

I found this unit turns off by itself at 22% battery while it helps (about a month) and now it shuts down to 37% and more.

in order to turn on, I need to plug.  If not, there is no way to run.

In addition, one of my knowledge that the same problem has happened since subsequently used this tablet about six months ago. (so he did factory reset, but its still the same today.)  I guess that this tablet has technical difficulties.

I am living in Korea and asked for a chat on the official website of dell service, but they just gave me a number of international appeal.  You would not solve this problem.

    I bought my wife a venue of Dell Pro 8 for Christmas and the Tablet Dell Wireless Keyboard.   The keyboard has been delayed until after Christmas and just arrived, but we will have problems to run.  We paired up it and controls volume and brightness keys work fine but if none of the keys work.  The Tablet click on w I also nothen you hit but no letters don't appear in the word or the IE address bar.

    Thank you for taking the time to answer, but as I said, we had no problem of this pairing and some of the keys worked (volume and brightness controls).

    I found the solution to the problem which has been updated from the BIOS.  It seems that the aircraft delivered in December with the original BIOS A01.  We ran a Dell utility provided with the tablet that he upgrade A03, whereupon the wireless keyboard worked fine.

    I'm the guy who sent the information to all the tech blogs that I could think about how Dell managed deployment of lollipop 8 7840 place.

    I just heard of AndroidPolice and they are tender hand to their contact Dell.  I'll post any information I get when I get a response from them.

    Article AndroidPolice isn't forcing Dell to release the update of lollipop 7840 to the State of buggy, unfinished.  It's the importance of being honest with customers and transparent.  A story isn't going to push an update of buggy by Dell, but maybe it will light a fire under their butts and redouble our efforts to get him out sooner rather than later.  Also, maybe they make more promises that they cannot keep.  Transparency is good.  It's everything the customer wants.  Frankly, no radio silence after 4 promises not kept.

  • Minor X 200 Tablet functionality issues

    I've been running 7 RC for a few days now.

    Things work very well.

    Other that the windows update the drivers I installed the Beta Active Protection driver and the driver of tablet button Windows Vista x 64 and the "Multi-touch" Wacom drivers.

    The two things that I feel are missing and can't seem to find a soluttion for are

    Automatic rotation of a. of the screen. Manual is very well, but I think that this is related to the b

    B. auto deactivation of the trackpoint in tablet mode.

    C. button mute does not (volume up/down)

    B. is driving me crazy that the touch interface is useless because the top of the screen is pressing the trackpoint. Someone knows how to get arround this?

    The question was about, I installed the Tablet and Schortcut Menu button Driver

    It turns out that the context Menu is much more than just the context menu.

    You must first install the driver of tablet buttons (I have not installed the context Menu). Then the Menu Schortcut.

    Now my screen auto rotate and the trackpoint is disabled.

    Questions still remain, but I don't really like any of them:

    C. button mute still does not work.

    D. elements of contextual menu volume and shine, doing nothing

    Button menu E. Shurtcut on the Tablet does not have context menu

    This is done for me. I am now a very happy Win7 on X 200 Tablet user even with the above questions.

  • Tablet Wacom issues? Tablet PC is not reading my tablet.

    She became a gene that whenever I start my computer and connect you to my user account the Tablet driver is not found. Sometimes it works and is not that I am not satisfied with the results of this product, but I think that the most recent driver * update seems to be the cause for it. In addition, I don't know why, but downgraded in an older update and my Tablet has been recognized, I want to say, that when I go in the settings of the Tablet PC (especially on this older update), I could customize my settings in the tab "handwriting recognition". With this last update well (6.3.5 - 3), it does not seem to recognize my tablet, and then I get an error when I try to 'calibrate' saying that "no suitable material was found to calibrate. Its never done that before, ever! Its really annoying, please help!  -Something I tried to send Wacom, but there is a limit to how many words you can use. And I realized that Wacom doesn't even have a forum site for the United States.

    I don't know why its doing this, but I find it very frustrating. Maybe some of you tablet users know a little something or have had similar if not the same problems as me?

    If the key is broken, it seems that it is perhaps on the physical keyboard, rather than your operating system. Dell has a large online community. You can ask your question here, too.

    I have a Dell Inspiron 3520. I want to create a video tutorial, but everytime I try to record using any software, audio is not recorded. I updated the drivers for Cirrus Logic Audio high definition, but the problem is still not resolved. I have Windows 7 Professional 32 - bit operating system. I am not able to understand where the problem lies. If someone could help to solve my problem, I would be very grateful.

    check all your microphones if several are listed. But it seems not mic need to be turned on (by recording in audacity, for example) to see some of the Green volume bar activated

    Just bought a black cartridge directly from Dell for this printer. The printer indicates now that the ink cartridge is installed and it is full; However, when I print nothing appears. Vaguely color ink will appear with a small trace of black ink in the details then anything. I tried then to print only a copy of my resume since it's only black and white and nothing appears on the paper. I removed the cartridge and shook slightly to make sure that there is no ink (once again the printer registers a full cartridge) and ink comes out. What is going on? What should I do? I had more problems with this printer that the printer is worth. He really never worked when he wanted to. I contacted Dell cares and support at the other end only repeated my words to me concerned are never offering a solution. What kind of support does?

    Hi supports,

    I recently have a problem, when the machine come sleep automatically or press the power button a times, the machine doesn't have to wake up. Pressing once, machine vibrating, pressing home page, it vibrates too, but does not not in the following seconds.

    Pressing the power button for the other 3 seconds it vibrates, I think that it is a power on action, but it takes about 20 seconds to the account indicated by the dell logo, compared with 2-3 seconds before. It will then start normally, just Can not sleep.

    When I go into Device Manager, it shows an exclamation point on the management engine intel, showing a status_device_power_failure error. See my screen below Cap

    I have updated my machine, can not help

    I ran the diagnostic test at the start, no problem

    I format and reinstall a new 8.1 victory, still a problem

    installed the latest firmware, bios, drivers shown on the dell support page, no luck.

    Seems this product only is not supported in my region (HK) yet, I can't find any local support to help me.

    Its because Windows RT doesn't have an x 86 or x 64 architecture and therefore cannot run .exe. Not a lot of development has stepped forward to applications of RT. Developments in the Intel processors will also probably be completely obsolete RT. This limitation makes Windows RT tablets just about as useful as Windows 8.1 phone.

    I ran Diagnostics on my desktop optiplex 380 almost testing showed happened, but the problem is not resolved so far. I get the message on the screen when I try to run the computer that "TFGHT is compressed - press Ctrl + Alt + Del to restart."     Our company just bought a Dell place 7840 from Best buy to test using it in our stores. Someone set up a password on this subject and we can go no longer. I access the firmware screen and can select recovery, however, after he starts, I can't do the coming recovery menu so that I can wipe and reinstall the software.     While I've lived all this, and the steps that saw ii were:

    1. from power off, hold down the flight down and the power button until the Dell logo appears

    2. use the flight down to select Recovery, then press power to select

    3 tablet will start to screen '' no command. ''

    At this point, it is a little blurry.  I who power and flight up to three times.  Not sure it must be three times or I just squeeze them together correctly, but makes up the menu of options following which includes eraasing cache, erase user data/dfactory reset, reboot and load something like the SD card update (sorry, can't remember)
