  I have a laptop of i7 Z30 - A old Portege of 6 months (PT243A-0HW02X) running Windows 7 64 bit and the internal display of 1920 x 1080 screen 13.3 "doesn't work - nothing is displayed on the screen.

  However, I can connect an external monitor via the port of RGB cable or the HDMI port and still use the laptop like that.

  I tried various output F5 toggle function choose Clone, external, Extend, switch display, but nothing works to get back out again to the laptop screen.

  I recommend you to choose the ZIP package in order to install the driver in Device Manager by using the Advanced installation procedure.

  I installed XP on my laptop like 2 months ago and I think I downloaded almost al drivers expect the RGB driver I did today when I tried to connect it to a LCD... Where can I find the driver for it can someone help...?

  I guess you need VIDEO driver since I never heard of a RGB driver. The VIDEO (or known as VGA) driver is usually available on the toshiba driver site, so I Don t understand why you need this if you have already downloaded all the drivers available.

  Can you describe exactly what happens when you try to connect an external display?

  I have a problem with my (older) 23WL56G: I changed some settings in PC RGB mode and cause of that I can't change the settings more (the image flashes and closes the menu seconds)

  Q: is der any method to reset the TV?
  There is no entry for this menu there is probably a code I can enter the menu? (or a combination of button that I push?)

  Have you tried to reset the TV?
  Do this.
  GO to the system configuration menu, select TV point Reset and press OK to select.

• 1920 x 1080 - RGB - PC is not possible on Toshiba 32L2333DG

  I recently bought a 32L2333DG.

  When I connect the PC to the RGB/PC port I can only get 1366 x 768 maximum resolution. I find nothing on this topic in the user manual. (I tested with another TV and my PC can display 1920 x 1080 with the standard VGA port)

  If I connect the PC using HDMI then I get 1920 x 1080.

  The question is: what should I do to achieve maximum resolution using RGB - PC port?

  I guess this 1366 x 768 is the max resolution of supported using the RGB/PC port

  I work with device of automatic titration requiring the RS232 port for connection!

  AFAIK the RS-232 port is a serial port and I don t think that it of possible to connect the RGB port to the RS232 port.

  Windows XP drivers should work properly.
