  I am an Adobe Flex coder threw in a Silverlight project, trying to get a JavaBean to work.

  My task is to get a DGN file to display in my Silverlight application. I tried to fix this using AutoVue as a web service returns an image and displaying this image on my control.   I guess that your problem is with the reception, because the error message you have provided relates to the reception.
  Ports 25 and 587 do not affect receive it, because they are for the shipment.

  The error message is difficult to assess because you x'd, one part of the name of the server. Perhaps the error is in the part "xxxxxxxx" to the name of the server.

  To simulate a VDR initiated snapshot, try a manual snapshot of the virtual machine and see if it passes or fails.  If it fails, then that explains the error 3941.  Be sure to uncheck the memory status and check the comments of quiesce file system option during an attempt of the manual snapshot because it will mimic the snapshot operation that initiates the VDR.
