• How to export a PDF file to make nonprinting objects show but don't print not AND hyperlinks on the top of the page work at the same time?

  Firstly - I work in InDesign CC 2015.

  My problem is, I had this 10 page document, which, on every page, shows an object that must be in PDF format - but do not print. I made this object into a button and unchecked "Printable". On top of this object, I made 10 hyperlinks (separate layer) that point to the page 1-10.

  When you export the document and I use the interactive PDF format , works ' show nonprinting object but do not print ' well, BUT hyperlinks don't. If I uncheck the "layer of nonprinting objects" in the file PDF, then hyperlinks work, but the problem now is that the nonprinting objects are invisible...

  I just got the 3520 the other day and after installation (an incredible experience frustrating - why the hell is there no communication between the configuration of the computer and the configuration of the actual printer?) everything worked fine. I got to the top and running on my WiFi and it printed fine.

  A day later, after being idle, I tried printing again and this time everything I had was that the printer cannot be found (from the printer queue dialog box). I turned the printer on and out, still nothing. Then, I checked all the settings (the convenience store has suggested that my printer could not be on the same network), however the printer and the computer are on the same network. What bothers me is that it works great and then all of a sudden, without any changes to the network settings, there no. I reinstalled the driver and everything was fine, even with the configuration of the printer, when it comes to the last step in configuring the printer is not found.   It's really easy to replace the sensor on paper (OOPS).

  2 guess before replaing this sensor

  1 - Turn the printer orr, unplug the cable and plug it in again (follow the cable to the right and you will see a white plug), turn on the printer

  2 during the loading of the paper after paper triguer the paper sensor, keep inserting the paper until it reaches the drive roller. When you hear that beep is because the paper reached the OOPS, but not the drive roll, you keep feeding the paper.

  I have seen your post on how your Deskjet 2540 prints a page of print quality every time that the printer is on, and also the page "use printer wireless without router" is printing.

  I'll start with the PQ page that prints at the start of the printer, as it is normally a sign of a hardware problem with the printer.

  Try to update the firmware on the printer. Here is the link to download and run the update using a USB connection to your Vista system: HP Deskjet 2540 series Firmware update

  Try a reset of the power to the printer and make sure the printer is plugged directly into the wall, avoiding bars power and surge protectors. This ensures that the printer is full on and can help greatly.

  Press the power button to turn the product on.
  With the product, unplug the power cord from the back of the product.
  Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
  Wait at least 15 seconds.
  Plug the power cord into the wall outlet.
  Reconnect the power cord to the back of the product.
  If the product does not light by itself, press the Power button to turn it on.

  If the PQ page always print after you are done troubleshooting, try the steps outlined in this guide below. I looked at the steps that I see would take place in the tent for your specific problem and chose the steps following, Please do not take account of the actual title.

  HERE'S THE DEAL. I HAVE A CANON PIXMA MG2420 PRINTER THAT I BOUGHT JUST 2 MONTHS AGO OR MORE. I WAS WORKING GREAT AND I STOPPED USING IT FOR A WEEK OR TWO SINCE SCHOOL ENDED. WHEN I TURNED IT TO PRINT SOMETHING IT BEGAN TO MAKE STRANGE NOISES AND THE LED STARTS FLASHING. THEN HE STOPPED AND STARTED LOADING THE PAPER EVEN THOUGH I PRINT NOTHING. THEN IT STOPS HALF WAY AND THE ERROR LED STARTS TO BLINK 3 TIMES. I KNOW THAT IT IS THERE NO PAPER JAM BECAUSE I FOLLOWED ALL THE STEPS TO CLEAR A PAPER JAM. THEN REMOVED ALL PAPER FROM THE PRINTER, IF IT IS TURNED OFF AND THEN TURN IT BACK ON. AND IM STILL GETTING THE SAME ANSWER. ANOTHER THING IS WHEN I TURN IT OFF. HE STARTS LOADING THE PAPER, THEN MADE A BUNCH OF NOISE AND SHUTS DOWN.

  To work around "printing in rescue mode" ensure that all cartridges are installed and no are exhausted.

• Hp5940 DeskJet not print envelopes but will be printed on plain paper

  I used an old win98 computer with my HP5940 printer and it worked fine.  Now I have a win XP computer and downloaded and installed the appropriate drivers. The printer works fine except it does not print envelopes. It will be however print address and return address on plain paper to the correct size.
