  I had a whole series of mistakes differrent, but thought of the discuussions in http://forums.adobe.com/message/5273970#5273970 would be the resolution, but as you can see by my comment on this subject, that this still has not first solve my problem. I finally solved it by using this solutions all in contact with technical assistance, although I do not understand what we did different, he still was't straight forward and had several attempts to succeed.
