  When you create a new account with SQL Developer 3.0 EA1, the username is enclosed in quotes. This creates an account name of case-sensitive which creates problems when you try to sign. Historically, the account names have been converted to uppercase internally and during the logon sequence this is expected behavior. Not sure why SQL Developer 3.0 EA1 team has chosen to start encapsulating user names when creating quotes?

  There was a change made to address another issue that caused this problem. I supported this behavior will return following EA (when it exists) or the Production version.

• Apple email: impossible to verify the account name or password? Help

  I am unable to connect to my hotmail to my apple email account, it keeps prompting me for my password and then the error "Unable to verify the account name or password" every time. I confirmed that I use the password, I can connect my email on hotmail. I have not implemented the audit in two stages of gmail, so this isn't the problem. Any suggestions?

  I changed my password on my Facebook and El Capitan asks me to re - enter the password for my Facebook account settings. I get my password and I am 100% sure that I entered correctly - and again - I get the message:

It's not good at all, and I think seriously about abandoning Apple products because of things like this that should work first and then all the rest. I'll switch to Android, even though I use iPhone and macbook... It's basic stuff, and it does not work. I don't like anything else and I expect something like that to work without any excuse and another opinion on the Apple than Apple flagship operating system working on since decades... wow... so embarrassing and sad...

  It seems that the domain name you have selected is not available (or has already been used and it is found that the previous owner of the domain has used the same user name as an account).  In any case we can not help you here.  You need help from domain.live.

A game was working well then all of a sudden, it won't open.  It can be opened to a different shared account name, but it starts as a new game. The site of the game gives the same answers to all problems; uninstall, reinstall the game, flash the reader, java files, etc., that no matter what the problem. Any suggestions?

  When I turn on the computer the message indicates "click on the account name? but no account as administrator name can't. There is nothing to click on. But when I hit Control Alt Delete and then the name of the account owner is asking password. So, how to get the name of the future account owner without having to hit Cntrl Alt Dlete?

  I have a laptop of Acer under Vista Home Premium Service Pack 1.  I open advanced user accounts of & assistance, and I saw two names my old & news of the administrator. He used my name as the user name and my new name as the display name, so I deleted the old username & changed to match the full name (the new name).  After the change has been made, I get an error message "no mapping between account names and security IDS was done 26EE0668-A00A-44D7-9371-BEB064-C98683.  Now I can't access control panel to make changes to account. Help & Support in the start menu and Windows Explorer are no longer works. Tools on the toolbar doesn't work or the other.  I can't yet run a virus scan.  I did find something useful from my own research.  Help!

  P.S. I also started a McAfee Quick Clean to remove undesirable accumulation of the computer.  He cleaned the keys to an orphan registry, internet cache, temporary files & lost file fragments.  I don't know if he has also nothing to do with the error message.

  Essentially, you get the "no mapping between account names and security IDS was done" is because you now have an orphaned user account. This occurred when you deleted your old username which was still in use by the system under the name of each user name has a unique SID.

  I suggest that run you a system restore point, then you can go back to a previous point in time before you deleted the name of the user.

  You can also create a manual system restore point so that you can restore to that State in case of problems.
  Right-click on the computer icon in the desktop, then choose Properties
  In the left pane, click System Protection
  Alternatively, to directly access the System Protection tab, click Start and type SystemPropertiesProtection.exe.
  If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.
  Click the System Protection tab and then click on create.
  In the System Protection dialog box, type a description, and then click on create.

  If you do not have a restore point system, try to see if LastKnownGood configuration might work for you.

  Try these steps to create a new account:
  a. log on under an account that has administrator privileges.
  b. Click Start.
  c. type the three letters cmd in the search box.
  d. press Ctrl + Shift + Enter
  e. click "Run as Administrator".
  f. type the following commands and press ENTER after each one:
  net users
  NET user 'Jack' xxyyzz / add
  net localgroup administrators/add ' Jack'

  The first command displays all existing account names.
  The second command creates an account named 'Jack' with a password of "xxyyzz".
  The third command will make Jack administrator.

  I suggest you to follow these steps and check if that helps:

  1. Click Start.
  2. Right-click on computer and click on manage.
  3. Click local users and groups, click users.
  4. Right-click on the user account and click on delete.

  It will be useful.

  My Windows Home Server (WHS) prefer the same name of user account on all computers that I use - for the connection and easier access to the files. So to my Vista computer, I changed my account [ancien_nom] name [name]. Vista indicates the name of the new account everywhere but the server after a while (!) stopped recognizing my account and complains about "a name of the user [name] account log does not exist on Windows Home Server" suggesting I should change the name of the account on the ESM. Since I have other computers where I can't change the name of the account (work computer), for this purpose I changed the name of the account on my Vista computer.

  The reason why the WHS could work properly at the beginning maybe I can connect to the WHS folders in a separate process by using the new account name. Choose to save the password - which might have worked for a while, but no more. I also tried to connect as a network device, but I do not correctly reconnect with the identification information data (and saved).

  1 is the name of initial account stored anywhere even if I changed and the reason why it can pop as in this case?

  I did a new install of Windows 7 Professional on a workstation, and after all the updates, I installed Cobian Backup 11.

  When you set up backup Coabian first, the message "the account name is not valid, or the password is invalid for the specified account name" was shown.

  I went into the "services.msc" to manually set the password for the connection (the machine connects in a Windows Server 2003 domain), but when entering the dialog (properties/connection/account/local/search/select where you want to search for.) only the 'local computer' is displayed.

  I tried to enter the domain/user and the password manually, I logged in as administrator, I have excluded the uder from the server and have included him again, that I did everything in my mind but I couldn't solve the problem.
