    Hi Sidyad,

Check in Manager device if the device is detected.

    i. Click Start, right-click computer and then click Properties.
II. click on Device Manager. Click the computer root icon, and then click Scan for hardware changes in the Actions menu.

Note If the player has been incorrectly installed, the player can be listed with a yellow exclamation point (!). Or, it may be listed under other devices as USB device.

If the Windows Device Manager indicates a problem with the device, or if the Player version that is installed is not the current version, you must update the driver. To do this, follow these steps:

    i. right click on the device, and then click Properties.
II. click the driver tab and then click on uninstall.
III. If it is displayed, select delete the driver for this device and then click OK.
IV. click the computer root icon and then click Scan for hardware changes in the Actions menu.
    v. right click on the drive and then click Properties.
VI. click on the driver tab, then click on set to update driver.
VII. click Browse my computer for driver software.
VIII. click Browse, find the program files and then click OK.
    IX. click Next.
    x. If you are prompted, click on install.

Once the driver installation is complete, click on close twice.

  • MP3 player and KB 928439 fails to install - error code 80070005

    Hello

I recently had a problem with Vista Home Premium SP2 suddenly refuse to recognize my Creative Zen MP3 player even if the player is recharged when the unit is installed.

When I plug the Zen to a USB port it says "install the driver software for device" informed me then that "Device driver software has not been installed successfully - MTP device. This is regardless of whether I'm using a USB hub or a USB motherboard.

In Device Manager under portable devices is an MTP device with a yellow exclamation point and tells me "this device cannot start (code 10)". I offer myself to check the solutions with Microsoft. This produces nothing - a result, nor anything else besides!

The research of this forum and the net I found and tried a number of soilutions, but nothing helped. However, there is one thing that I did not try to Fixit. However, this requires Windows PowerShell and when I try to install this it requires KB 928439 and this patch do constantly moved with the error code 80070005.

Any suggestions to solve the problem of origin with the MP3 player or the installation of Windows PowerShell would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you

  • MP3 player won't play not through the Mic - NB 550 d

    Hello

MP3 player will not play to Mic Jack. Is it because I don't have DD Realtek Audio Manager Setup correctly?

Also is it possible to play MP3 via a USB Port

    THX

    Hello

What cell phone do you have?
The mic jack records the audio signal. But I guess you want to use the mic line-in socket. Right?
Usually, you need to set the default device in the recording tab.
In Control Panel-> sound-> recording tab.

If you don't see me not all other devices but only mic jack then you must right-click and should allow the options; Show hidden devices and show disabled devices.
Maybe then, you can enable line.

Otherwise, this option is not available and is not possible
