Dial mobile and talk laptop via Bluetooth

Hi all

I'm trying to put my cell phone as a Bluetooth speaker, I would like to call from the mobile phone, but use the laptop computer's microphone and speakers.

I am able to pair mobile successfully and I am able to play music on the mobile on the laptop via Bluetooth, but the mobile does not recognize the laptop as speaker during calls (unlike other Bluetooth speakers, for example as a car speakerphone).

I enabled all services in Bluetooth after pairing device settings, but still no luck.

I did it with success in the past with another phone, so do not understand what is the problem and what prevents this feature.

Can someone advise please what are the requirements and what needs to be done in order to use the cell phone as a Bluetooth speaker for a mobile?

Thanks in advance!

    Hi retiredintawakoni,

On your computer, you must right click on the Bluetooth icon in the taskbar and select 'Reception of a file', then choose where you want to save the incoming file.

Note: Bluetooth will be able to transfer a single file at a time.

    Hello

As far as I know that the Pocket PC must be in the cradle.
1 "tap" on start and choose the ActiveSync program
2 then 'tap' on 'Tools' and select 'Options' from the ActiveSync program
    3. check under "enable synchronization when cradled using ' to see if the setting is on Bluetooth

Important: Please remove the Pocket PC from the cradle, and then put it back in the cradle.
It allows to activate the new setting

  • Motorcycle help talk-back via bluetooth from car No.

I noticed that whenever I am connected to my car bluetooth, motorcycle support never answers when I ask a question, such as "what is the temperature outside? Instead, the only thing heard by the speakers of the car is "Google opening". When I look at my phone, I see he did capture my question, but he never answers. When I disconnect Bluetooth in the car, bike Assist works as expected.

A that someone has already experienced this problem? My car is a Subaru Forester of 2014. Anyone know how I can fix this problem? Thank you

I tested my voice to bike and I think I can have "solved" my problem. Usually, when I drive, I say my launch line "OK Moto X. I wait for its "DING" and then say my order. Via bluetooth, the phone would say 'Opening Google' and then nothing would happen. Today I told my launch phrase, but did not wait for his "DING" say a command. Instead, I waited my phone to wake up to display one of listening views, such as 'Yes?' or ' what's up? Later, I said an order that the sound "DING" occurred and the phone says 'Opening Google'. Then, I saw that my order was captured and executed.

Initially, I was going to say that when it is connected on his "DING" bluetooth always comes after the order, but I found that is incompatible. In other words, you can trust if the sound "DING" means that if the phone is listening or finished listening. Instead, you can assume that after you say the break expression of launch for a second, and then say your command. But, how can we really know if your expression of launch has been heard. The course only when I know by the display shows among the displays look. It's sad, but it's still hands-free, you have to look at your phone. My plans are to purchase a mount, so I can look at my phone to see if he drew my launch phrase.

If you want to remove "Google opening" response from the phone, you can add a tasker application to solve this 'problem' if it's a problem for you. In the meantime, I will mark this discussion as resolved. Thanks to those followed on this issue.

I can connect my xperia mini pro (SK17i, android 4.0, latest version) with my vaio (VGN-FW51JF, windows7 64-bit with latest updates) and I can send files of vaio to xperia using bluetooth.

But I can't send files of xperia to vaio. I get error message that driver cannot be installed. I've tried all the suggestions of troubleshooting or microsoft site (help, community...), does not. This a compatibility issue? Xperia is not listed as compatible on the compatibility windows7 site, but the fact other devices, such as my old nokia, which works very well. Is it because there is no such driver available?
