Dial-Up Blues
I picked up a 64-bit computer to Vista M9425F by curiosity on Vista and 64-bit computing. It is running Vista Home Premium ver 6.0, SP1, IE Explorer 7. I'm in a place that only has a 56K connection. Bought a 64-bit compatible external 56 K of Vista modem. I can't connect to my ISP. Specifically, I can reach access local servers of point, but they disconnect me instantly. ISP' took me through the manual set up of procedures through IE 7. Didn't work in the ether protected or mode of reports not protected or connections with other access point. ISP told me it must be a hardware problem, because I can connect on this laptop XP 32 bit. Manufacturer took me through modem and system tests. Past of modem system past, except, of course, for network and internet connectivity tests (because I'm not connected I presume). What now? Specifically, should what features I try turn in my system? Should what questions I ask the ISP? Should what questions I ask the manufacturer? This for 2 weeks, but had to learn where they hid everything in Vista and a few things (very little), so far, about 64 bits). I'm a former Commander of the business, not an educated, experienced professional. But I start with an Apple II, once upon a time. Especially learned how to use application software, such as it appeared. Don't know systems, programming, etc., at all. I wouldn't dare even intrusion here, but I have more access to sytems s pro like I did when I was working. Feel free to tell me to go out and hire a. But as Mark Twain, said, "If you have a cat by the tail, learn you things that you can not learn otherwise."
Microsoft advise me 1) we can determine what tasks a 'function' running by placing your pointer over it. A pop up will appear with the description; (2) no configuration of "features" is necessary to install a dial-up modem. TIP: another source: "set up dialing rules... various metropolitan areas throughout the country have multiple area codes, various carriers have different composition patterns to communicate both within and between 7, 10 and 11 digit numbering sequences are the most common. "to control how your modem composed...". Control Panel > Search DIAL > look for the link "configure dialing rules."

What does the blue half moon?
What is the Blue Moon and how can I get rid of him? Thank you
The Moon icon indicates that the mode do not disturb has been activated.
To disable: when you view the time on your watch, drag upward on the dial of the watch > drag left/right to the gaze of settings > press the do not disturb (which has the same icon of moon).

P900 and burner Blu - ray 45K 1675
I'm considering adding the Blu - ray burner 45K 1675 Lenovo to my P900 workstation. Lists compatibility for the burner, however, don't mention any of the P-series workstations. It should be standard optical SATA device, but just to make sure - is there a reason why it might not work/adjustment on the P900?
Site Web: Lenovo's mentions that the burner is delivered with burning/reading software. Could you confirm that it is still the case. Or is the software for download?
Edit: while I'm... Is there maybe a Lenovo slim Blu - ray burner option that would work in the adapter in the modular Bay, next to the MCR 29-in-1? There used to be a feature of Blu - ray slim SATA for ThinkPads, but I'm not quite sure it is compatible.
Yes, K 45, 1675 will work. Front bays are tool-free and will allow this player to drop in without anything else required except another SATA cable.
If you already have the modular Bay ODD/MCR, you can pick up a Blu - Ray drive ultra slim LG CU20N. This model has a short scope and must match instead of the original 9.5 mm ODD. ODD choice is important because some readers of 9.5 mm have dials senior and some short. There could be others that match, but the CU20N is used an OEM drive for a large number of sellers.
I'm not aware of a Lenovo 9.5 mm BDR that would work unless you are ready to use a portable device and swap the bevels. Most of the ThinkPad readers have custom dials and none of ThinkServers I know options BDR.

When I turn on my laptop, it works fine for a little bit, and then after some time (usually when I do an antivirus check) a blue screen comes up saying "windows xp has been closed because the file"kernel_inpage_data_error"does not work or something.
This error keeps occurring. So I used the recovery disks to reinstall XP but the same error appeard again. And when I installed Xp again, it asks me to register & when I don't fill in my information he says "we'll call a phone to sign up" but then he says theres no dial tone.
I use broadband services and xp does not ansk me what type of internet that I use. It ask me to enter the serial number of my xp at any time. This way im can not get automatic updates more or it's just that I am not yet registered?
How can I register? The laptop belonged to someone else before and things were enrolled in his account before. I'd be happy if someone could kindly help out me.
see you soon
Hello
First of all, on the Toshiba Recovery CD you will find an operating system image that is always on and it is not possible or necessary to activate or to any key.
Secondly, I found this Microsoft page that describes this error message:
http://support.Microsoft.com/?kbid=315266On this page you will find information that it is possible that the master boot record is infected with a virus.
I na? t have experience with "master boot record" virus but maybe formatting drive HARD integer it will erase. " However, this is only a suggestion. If you are not able to solve this problem yourself, you should ask Toshiba service for assistance.

Cyber-shot DSC-P100 pic view very blue sky
My camera is 10 years (Cyber-shot DSC-P100 and until that time, no problem.)
Problem: When you try to view the photos from the memory card or take those pictures become almost 'ghostly' very light blue or as an old "negative." I bought a new batttery lithium thinking there had to be a but prob continues. It turns out that the battery is fine. But the problem persists.
Background: a month ago I was taking pictures of friends sports game and I accidentally pushed the movie mode. I tried to change back to still images, but not able to do. If I pushed a worng framework without my glasses... do not know how to trouble shoot since I can not find the manual.
So two questions.
Q1 How can I activate video recording mode?
Q2 How can I get rid of the mode clear blue appearance on all my photos?
Thank you
bbear1
I presume it is the camera?
http://www.cameras.co.UK/details/Sony-DSC-P100.cfmYou have a dial to the Middle top, which has all of your pictures modes, an excerpt, and film. Probably you have it shot on film, turn as well as the dial until the marker bit on the left dashboard points to P or the small picture with the Green camera for fully automatic mode. This should take you off video recording.
For the blue tint, you may accidentally changed the white balance.
By pressing the menu button should show the standard settings - look for WB (white balance), and you can put it back on AWB (auto white balance).
I hope that this should be the cause of your ghostly photos. If this isn't the case, it could be the sensor is dying, but I guess that's not.
Good luck

HP Officejet 6700 main Premium: Blue ink cartridge does not work
Hello, I have checked the ink cartridges levels three color and just installed a new black ink cartridge. I did a test of color, which shows any blue. I did all three levels of cleaning the cartridge heads. The screen still shows that I have adequate levels of ink, but no blue out at all! There was a drop of blue outside the cartridge, so it's not like it is clogged. Thank you!
Hey @ccardot ,
I understand that you do not get any blue print!
That's really all that you can do and really all I can do you! The print head is probably the issue. Please contact HP phone Support and see what they can do to help.
If you are in the Canada, U.S. dial 800-474-6836 or you can Contact HP worldwide.
HP printers usually have a warranty of 1 year from the date of purchase, you can check the warranty using the following if you wish; guarantee cheque.
I hope this helps. Have a great day and a wonderful new year!

Hello anurydhkuksal.
I had the chance to look over the landfills.
It seems that the culprit in this one was HFSYS. SYS.
This is part of an older program called Hide Folders.
I recommend you to uninstall this program.

I use a Windows Vista Home Edition on a laptop. The system connects to the Internet through a cellular router EDGE (via Ethernet) and receives the data by linking receiver DVB - S2 satellite broadband connected via a USB interface. The connection is through a VPN. Windows Vista loses the symbol of the "blue planet", as soon as the VPN connects. Authentication and connectivity is OK. DNS also works OK by the way VPN, with pointing to the VPN IP address 0.0.0.0. The diagnosis indicates an error where Vista says that she finds multiple active dial connections. Y at - it a configuration option that allows me to bind the interface transmission (VPN) with return channel satellite? The same software and configuration under Windows XP SP3 works OK.
Thanks in advance for your advice.

Blue clock with red exclamation
A lot of my files, photos etc have a blue dial and a red exclamation mark on them. I would like to know why and how to get rid of them! Also Dell backup and restore wants money for the upgrade. All this happened after update from Dell.
You must go into the additional settings (pinion) in the application Dell backup and restore, then uncheck the "overlay icon status." (in variety)
I think it's true, my DBAR is doing a backup and I can't check. When it's done I'll confirm.

Before do not recognize the voice dial commands
I have PRE (he loves) with blue Ant Q1 headset. T1 has commands voice speed dial which supposedly map on the first 8 speed dial numbers PRE; However, the PRE does not recognize the voice command and the call is not made. Anyone know how to configure the PRE to recognize BlueTooth voice commands?
Dude... I think that there was a ton of messages until this case to this. Basically, the pre does currently support voice dialing, according to the these positions. Perhaps a future Bluetooth update?

Hello
I'm putting in place the President of our company with a Q10 of BB new, the software is the latest version. I found what I consider to be some major flaws that need to be resolved before BB away even more users.
First of all, I wonder if there is a way to prevent the search function in the contact list of some areas, including the results - more precisely the scope of the company. Currently I have a number of contacts with the company as "Ontario Northland", I also have a contact named "Ontario Northland' that contains the phone number of the headquarters." When I type the letter 'o' in the search engine it does not have me down to contacts beginning with the letter 'o' as it includes all contacts who have "Ontario Northland" specified in the company field. Response to this question is that, unlike the Z10, Q10 does not the vertical list of letters down the right side to jump quickly to the letter 'o'. I don't understand why it would not be as there is no way to switch to contacts that begin with a certain letter.
In addition, why is there a keypad option in the settings menu if it is absoultely nothing? When can we expect this feature to be completed?
Also, is anyone aware of a way to restore a deleted option "voicemail" from speed dial blocks? We can no longer respect the '1' key to dial voicemail. It seems that once it has been deleted, the only way to restore it with a factory reset full - obviously not ideal.
Also, why are the hidden squares of empty speed dial when none are set - seems to cause more confusion than anything else.
How is it when a row of blocks of speed dial are filled, the only way to add extra blocks is to go into the contacts list to add another, why not simply fired on another line empty?
I noticed the following bug when you try to set up some speed dial contacts. Contacts that include a first and last name, adding speed dial blocks, only display the phone number in the block. It seems that the only way to fix the problem is to remove the contact from the speed dial blocks, rename and save the contact, then rename it to how it was, then it readd for blocks of speed dial. It seems that this is the case for a lot of contacts that are added via the Activation of the company.
How to delete all emails older than the email selected? This is the type of features that separates the BB of toys like the IPhone, why it was deleted? Bring it back as soon as possible.
Does anyone have a work around for these issues or maybe if I'm missing something can you point me in the right direction.
Thank you
Mike
* UPDATE *.
I finally understand how to use the speed of Keypress function on the Q10 composition.
You will notice if you press the phone icon, drag to the bottom of the bezzel top of the page, then select settings there is an option to "dial quick Keypress ' at the bottom of the list. When you select the menu option has virtually nothing you can do other than to highlight in blue letters. For the use of the service, you must do the following:
1. in the main screen, select the phone icon.
2. Select the keypad
3. on the key dial screen, hold down a letter of your choice on the QWERTY keyboard. You will be asked to link a contact to the key.
4. Select a phone number of a contact of your choice to link to the letter.
To place a call with the press of button:
1. in the main screen, select the phone icon.
2. Select the keypad
3 hold the letter that you have connected a contact.
It seems there is no way to dial directly from the home screen, but this should suffice until there is a way.
See you soon!

Hello. We have a SX20 for which we want to create a speed dial to the service of blue jeans. Once service BJN's responses, we must again enter the conference number then # then head PIN and then #.
I tried the channels below and none worked - the call to Blue Jeans responded, but additional characters were never sent. Can you please confirm how to use a break in the speed dial?

Impossible is a difficult word to say, I think that in two ways how it could be implemented.
but its all propitiatory, so not a good idea in any case,-)
As you say yourself Patrick, style Codian MCU which support. Also point MXP endpoints,
at least for ISDN.
Lee: If it is a critical point for you, request a feature in Cisco,
Although it may take a lot of time or will never happen.
Or contact a company of control panels that can offer you something like that.
If you have some programming motivation you could also do something like this with a
Raspberry pi and the API endpoint.
Another option is to ask blue jeans if they could take care to fill in these values in
URI composed or find another MCU supplier.
Many options ;-)
