  I have exactly the same problem.  The only thing that restores it must draw on the battery. Then, it is set for a day or two and return to the "blocking during initialization".

  I read the audio entering BT during initialization, before the sound "tones" to let you know the word, it will lock.  When I remember not to speak before the beep, it seems to work better.

  have a 8310 and a Motorola H700 bluetooth headset.  Voice dialing from the headset worked fine when I first set up, now I get a single short low tone when I press the call button on the headset and it does not "say a command" no more.  Orders voice work very well through the headset if launched from the phone.  I have re-couple to the headset (several times).  I tried my helmet on my wife's phone, and he began composing voice as it should.  I tried his H700 to my phone and it has the same symptoms.

  Problem solved.  I out the battery for a few minutes and the phone then restarted when I put back it. Now it works perfectly, as before.

  I had my Storm for about a week. When I got it I played with voice dialing option. It seemed kind of work but I put aside while I learned other functions. Now, I'm ready to explore the voice dialing and it does not at all.   I'm Canadian (not a newfie, but a girl of the West Coast, so for Newfoundlanders, I can't say for sure), and my voice dialing works very well.  Just make sure you say the name as it is listed in the list of contacts from your phone.  And you can just say "Call that person" (e.g., "Krypto calling him").  The phone will then answer and provide some options, including the number for this contact.  You can select the correct number of the screen, or to say yes or no for the option that she repeats to you.  Once it shows the right person, it will ask you what number to call.  You can tell then home, work, etc., depending on the way in which you put in place in the list of contacts.

  Believe me, he can pick up even hard-to-pronounce names.

  I have a Dell Lattitude D620 with the Dell wireless 350 bluetooth module internal market - running the latest drivers Toshiba "Dell".
  I use bluetooth to link to a phone "nokia" mobile then set up a virtual com port to the phone, I have a remote data collection application which will then call to a remote modem and collect data using the modem of your mobile phone.

  This process works perfectly fine on my old laptop "a dell inspiron" using a bluetooth usb device, but does not work on the new laptop - software application even same phone.
  The connection between the new laptop and 350 and the phone works fine and I can explore the modem in the mobile phone using 'AT' orders but when I try to dial - the modem returns the message "No Carrier". Not matter what I try the phone accepts the number dialed the number and will immediately respond "no carrier".

  Strangely, my old laptop would dial ok using the same mobile phone? the only difference between the two is the bluetooth module and drivers - the new configuration used D620 drivers Toshiba (v 4.00.22) and dell 350 where - as the old configuration used a key USB DLink and Widcomm bluetooth drivers.

  I think the problem is the driver of toshiba not send introductory or security code on the phone so it cannot launch a data call - but it's my last thought after having tried many things to fix this. That the driver widcomm is the Toshiba driver isn't?

  Try to configure the connection DUN via Bluetooth settings "Express" Mode. It configures automatically adapted settings. Your error message occurs if something is wrong with your settings to access remotely and additional orders, phone number and so on.

  I noticed though that when I use the maps / directions, voice commands in directions will be not audible if bluetooth is turned on (not audible on phone or on the car).  If bluetooth is disabled, I get the directions of voices on the phone.  Is it possible to get the instructions on my phone?  (By the way, my wife now wants a break simply because it's better than a gps unit in a car, it works really well).

  Found out that if I put the link of the blue tooth so that the media player is NOT connected, then the audio directions come through the handset.  Because I do not use the media player in my car (I have an attached ipod) is a practice, even if not perfect solution.

  I have the same problems and pursued...

  With respect to the characteristic bridge that's not finished yet developed for the Z10 to the tablet. The Bridge mode is really only good for limit navigation, but does not work well with sites secured using https.

  In the Playbook e-mail client Bridge mode will not work correctly. It works better in mode hot spot WiFi, or with the true USB tether.

  Tethering using Bluetooth does not work yet correctly with the Tablet and other types of tablets and Bluetooth connections between computers. With a laptop or desktop USB strap works great.  I use it myself with my laptop. I was told that Bluetooth attachment option be set in one of the next updates.

  The best solution is to use the phone mode hot spot WiFi for the tablet. It works very well, and it's much faster that the Bluetooth for fixing can never work. Bluetooth attachment is limited to about 2.0 to 2.5 MB/sec speed. With the hot mode the lanyard WiFi spot can go at the speed of your mobile data connection will allow. In 4G mode I got more than 21 mb/s.

  I use where possible a unit of external battery with my phone for more battery time using its WiFi access point mode. BlackBerry has this option. You can see them in Blackberry accessories at most of the places that sell Blackberry accessories.  CrackBerry.com and Futureshop sell it is incidental.

  Most, you can certainly voice chat on BBM on the iPhone. However, some carriers it block on their mobile networks because they are losing money by voice calls and they do not like the use of high bandwidth.

  To receive files via bluetooth... go to media > music > menu (blackberry sing) > select receive via bluetooth and the same file executable seendd to pair device.

  If your device is non - BB, then substitute in the KB, the instructions appropriate for your device. Unless you're on BB OS 6 or 7, do not skip the step of "Receive using BlueTooth" on the receiver BB... nothing will transfer if you do.
