• Dictation does not

  Dictation has suddenly stopped working. Does not work for texting or doing research. I've been on several fast wifi connections (90mbit +). I turned the security setting siri/dictation/turn off and the keyboard to the dictation option.  I rebooted several times with home + power. Dictation servers are not enabled according to the site. Any suggestions?
