  Here is the difference:

  • Standard report column: this is used when your column in the SQL query returns the HTML markup. For example the query SQL with APEX_ITEM API columns or columns where you have mixed data in the column with the markup. In short, APEX rendering engine treats the column as HTML markup and analysis accordingly to display the required HTML element.
  • Display text (escape special characters): this type analysis the column data in the form of data stored in the database (no HTML). During analysis if the data contains special characters then it escapes and displays the data.

  Yes, you can mix the manual in the form of built on APEX_ITEM with normal standard report (display text) columns.

  Any ideas where I can get the HP ENVY 15 t-j100? Or is it not available in AUS?

  I have three tables. One is a masterpiece, contains the summary of something. If I select a line on this chart, the second table shows some data, based on the line selected on the first table. Well Yes, it is a ViewLink, and it works perfectly. Now, I want the same thing to work between the second and the third table. If I select a row in the second table, the third table should show some data, based on the line selected on the second table. The third table is a ViewObject with some binding settings. I need to assign values to these parameters, that I get the value of the line selected on the second table. How can I do this?
  
  I tried to use ExecuteWithParams. Select the line in the second table, get the values, pass it in the form ExecuteWithParams, run and... it works... I get the result on the third table. Here is the code how to:

  TRUNCATE - DDL, will automatically commit changes. So not reversible. TRUNCATE resets the HWM.
  Delete - DML, commit not automatically changes. If can use ROLLBACK to revert back the changes. DELETE do not reset the HWM.

  So how do you use it? Look at the lOptions object, and you know what parameters it can work with. A call for example for the popup would be:

  It is certainly more flexible than PopUp2!

  Also note that navigation.popup returns a reference of 'window' to the created window. You can store this reference to manipulate or something.

  Another interesting thing is that this call will set the variable "opener" on the window to the parent window. This allows you to use

  window.opener
  

  refer to the parent page.

  That's the difference. On those, it's reasonable to use apex.navigation.popup. If you want to use window.open, it's fine. They call them he and window.open is the native javascript of course method. But navigation.popup provides some additional features, unless you want to develop a second time or have very specific needs, it might be the way to go.

  Another option is by looking at the modal windows - but it depends on what you actually do on the indicated page. Modal windows with iframes of them can look very good, don't open additional tabs or windows and are not blocked by popups blockers. They feel more like an extension of the application only one pop-up window. You'll need some javascript wiz to use well.   It is giving the results, but don't know if it's give accurate data or not. So ran the above query, it takes longer to run.

  1. 180 days is not equal to 6 months. A month may contain 28, 29, 30, 31 days. Up to 6 months will be sum certainly not up to 180 days.

  2. you used function TRUNC START_DATE. By doing so, you did anything on START_DATE unusable.

  In the project manager style sheets are regular style sheets. You can have more than one (I have six) and you use those of your subjects. (In the properties of the section).

  For single Source layouts, you can choose to apply a stylesheet to all your topics, ignoring style sheets, you have defined in the topics.

  The import style sheet is used to map the styles from a document to your stylesheet. You can specify a style sheet for this, otherwise Robo will create a new style sheet, based on the styles in the document you're importing.

• Envy 17 t-j100: HP Envy 17 t-j100 Distance between Slots USB suggestion

  I designed this post as a recommendation for HP.

  I have a HP Touchsmart Envy 17 t-j100 and everything is great so far.

  The only thing that is really annoying is the distance between the USB ports. PLEASE increase the distance between the USB ports for future models. I have a lot of problems tryng to connect everything I need.

  

  Even if I try to open the DVD player, it will get stuck in my USB device. I mean how hard is to put a distance of 1 cm between them?

  

  If the USB cables are standard size, there is no problem, but most of USB devices are now much wider than a standard USB cable and I continue to have problems.

  

  I mean it's a laptop 17 ", there is plenty of space on the sides. In the end, it is best to drop the DVD player and put a VGA connector instead, but with the largest distance between the USB ports.

  

  I plan to buy another DESIRE in the future, but I really want my new laptop have USB ports with a wider bewtween to distance them.
