  • Difference between the use of system repair disc and original media

    Hello

I'm about to create a backup image of my OS, but I can see an option for a system repair disc, but in a previous question, I was told that the original install media will suffice.

Should I create this image or only be concerned about the system.

    Thank you all.

Just three days ago, I used a Windows 7 (without SP1) installation disc to restore a System Image of Windows 7 with SP1.

If you want, you can create the system repair disc, but it is not necessary.

  • iRec-difference between the responsibilities of Manager recruiter/iRecruitment

    Hello

I want to know the difference between the two responsibilities iRecruitment knowledge iRecruitment recruiter and Manager iRecruitment. Both seem to have almost the same functions. Since the two responsibilities look like more or less how it was decided what responsibility to use in which situation?.

    Can anyone help?

    Thank you!

    Hello

Although these responsibilities are similar and have similar functions, the data are different.

Responsibility of the Manager is driven by the field Manager hires the vacancy of the seat. Similarly, recruiter is driven by the recruiter.

So, when you see the my region of vacancies in the responsibility of the Director, this is all vacant positions for which you are the manager and when you access the responsibility of the recruiter, he is one of those for whom you are the interviewer.

This distinction applies to dashboards also, if you see the dashboard for manager, he will have to lead and recruiter. The recruiter's responsibility will be to lead and managers.

There are also some functions like workbench offers, update letter offer model assessment administration and which are available to the responsibility of the recruiter only if there is nothing to stop this added to the responsibility of Manager (can't think why someone who would do well)

    I hope this helps!

    Best regards

    Hello

Components of the system are those that provide basic functionality on the server of the University Complutense of MADRID by default. Standard components are those that are provided in the snap-in on the server, but must be enabled by case. For example files framework that is not necessary for the basic features, but is necessary if the user wants.

  • Difference between the offline and canceled State

    Hi community

Can someone explain to me precisely the difference between the offline and not deployed State. As much as I understand in both cases memory will be released, correct?

    Kind regards

    Michael

    Hi Michael,

If a virtual machine is off (off line), this means that the guest operating system VM was extinguished (free or here), but the virtual machine remains in stock in vCenter and all the network configuration of vSphere intact remains, such as external IP addresses for fenced configurations.

Cancel the deployment of turn off the virtual machine (saving the State or not), delete the virtual machine inventory, delete records in vCenter VMs and view models.  If the an all fenced config is cancelled, the virtual router as well as the resulting vSwitch will be removed in vSphere.

But firefox for android beta has some of the features the most recent Firefox should be released soon as an official version.

The current version of firefox for android is 34.01.
The current version of firefox for android beta is 35.0.

  • Pavilion 10-n102ne: difference between the Pavilion 10-n102ne and 10-n102na

I want to order a cover for my device (Pavilion 10-n102ne), but did not, on the contrary, I think I found a similar device (10-n102na), so I was wondering what is the difference between these 2 models, not vs na, what it means. The recovery kit works on my device.

What is the differnce between Recovery Kit or by creating a windows recovery disk, and which should I choose if I want to completely format the system and install another OS?

Another question is that how do I backup my Windows 10 activation, or is it when I install freshly a Windows 10 the appliance will automatically activate windows? is the serial imprented into bios?

    Awaiting your response

    @ChristopherED
Welcome to the Forums of HP,
    I hope you're well

If I understand correctly you want to know about the difference between the Pavilion 10-n102ne and 10-n102na.

Here is the link with the characteristics of the two products (spot the difference):

    HP Pavilion x 2-10-n102na
    HP Pavilion x 2-10-n102ne

It is not very different between the recovery kit or one created by your computer apart from the type of creation, if the media created on your computer do not work you can always get one from HP, but you cannot create a new computer because it allows only a creation of media recovery on your computer.

And the answer to your question about activation, you are right, that the activation code is printed/saved to BIOS if you do not have an option to save as.

If I helped you to solve the problem, feel free to give me a virtual h.o.t. by clicking on the 'Thumbs Up' icon below.
Thanks for posting in the Forum from HP Support.  Have a great day!
    Kind regards

  • Differences between the HP Deskjet 3522 and HP Deskjet 3520?

    Hello

Is could someone please tell me what is the difference between the HP Deskjet 3522 and HP Deskjet 3520?

I've seen both for sale online and can see no difference between them... so don't know why different model numbers

    Thank you!

The difference in the number of products, is because it coordinates with the serial number.

So when you have a problem, or warranty issues, the number of the product will compete with the serial number in the system.

  • What is the difference between the stop and restart?

What is the difference between the stop and restart?  I feel that stopping closed all processes, completely erases RAM memory and clears the cache of the processor.  I need to know if 1) this is a correct assumption and 2) which is better for daily maintenance of the system.  Thank you in advance.

    Hello Jeremy_1976,

Your support when the judgment is correct. Basically, it stops the process and completely turns off your computer. Reboot, however, temporarily your PC stops, then turn it on again. This happens usually when Windows updates are installed. After installation, the system is restarted (rebooted) so that any update has been successfully installed and works as it should. You can be a little mixed upward the reboot and the hibernation. Reboot is, as I have indicated previously, basically a reboot of your machine. Ultimately, your PC is on again after a reboot. However, hibernation, stores all data currently in memory in a special file, then the PC turns off. When you then turn on your PC, that is, coming out of hibernation, hibernation files is used to restore the status of the PC than when you initially put into hibernation. In other words all the programs you had open before will automatically open and be ready to use hibernation.

Hibernation or sleep for that matter is for short-term use. It is normal in Hibernate, or sleep if you want to be away from your PC for half an hour or so. If you leave more than I suggest you stop completely.

A point to remember about hibernation is that, if you use put into hibernation, you can't, once you get out after hibernation, install programs or updates. You have to stop and restart normally to do.

  • What is the difference between the "Software Version" and "Version of the platform?

I posted in this forum, because there is a maximum activity in this forum. Sorry, if this is not a good place to post this kind of question.

What is the difference between the "Software Version" and "Version of the platform" of any blackberry device?

My camera's curve 8900 and I can see in the menu About his version of software is 4.6.1.231 and the version of the platform is 4.2.0.108. What are these 2 versions for?

Probably the best posted in the software section of the device, but is not serious.

Version of the software/App - indicates the version of your applications (address book, browser, calendar, etc.).
Version of the platform - indicates your version of system software (Java based software, radio code, etc.).

  • The difference between the ADR and ADF

    People,

Hello.   I have implemented PeopleSoft Campus Solution 9.0 revision 5 for a University. I develop the application for Admission online for future student to apply for admission.

I need to install Oracle ADF (Application Development Framework) or ADR (execution of Application Development) to run my application for Admission online web page for PeopleSoft Campus Solution 9.0, but I do not know the difference between the ADF and the ADR.

    My installations are below:

Server machine: Oracle Linux 5.10 (64-bit)

Client computer: Windows XP Professional (64 edition) with the Internet Explorer browser

Architecture Internet Oracle Linux 5.10 Server:

    (1) database server: Oracle Database 11 g

    (2) the server application: Tuxedo 11 g

    (3) web Server: Web 11 g logic

    (4) browser: Firefox Mozila

    5) 8.53 PeopleTools and PeopleSoft Campus Solution 9.0 R5

On the download page http://www.Oracle.com/technetwork/developer-tools/ADF/downloads/index.html , there are 2 packages to download:

    (1) execution of the 12.1.3.0 application development

    (2) oracle ADF essential 12.1.3.0

My Architecture Internet of PeopleSoft as shown above has been working properly for a long time. Logical Web 11g works correctly. It seems that the first 'Application development performance' package also install logical Web server which is not necessary in my machine. In addition, ADR is not free, and we may need to purchase the license.

Essential because ADF is free and without license fees, I chose Oracle ADF essential 12.1.3.0.0 to develop the application for admission online. I read his paper on http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/developer-tools/jdev/documentation/121300-cert-2164864.html

9.0 Solution Campus system will be run by a University to do business formally.

    My questions are:

First of all, what package is right for my application for Admission online Campus Solution 9.0? ADR or essential ADF?

Second, if choose essential ADF, I have a few questions about the 12.1.3.0.0 ADF to match my installations as below:

    (1) as indicated in the document, ADF 12.1.3.0.0 can work with Oracle Linux 5 & 6 (64-bit) and other operating systems. ADF can also work with Windows XP? Can I install ADF with my Oracle Linux 5 server machine?

    (2) as indicated in the document, ADF 12.1.3.0.0 can work with Websphere Server Application. ADF can work with Tuxedo 11 g?

    (3) as indicated in the document, ADF 12.1.3.0.0 can work with the Firefox browser. ADF can work with Internet Explorer in Windows XP?

    Thanks in advance.

If you want to use essentials, you must download the package from the essential. ADR is the complete stack where you must purchase a license.
