  I bought a new Macbook Pro, with no DVD player. I want to install my Adobe Creative Suite Design Standard CS5.5 on it, which is already installed on my iMac, and it came out on DVD. What I need to remove/uninstall on my iMac first (before migrating the rest of my new Macbook), then simply download CS5.5 and reinstall on my new Macbook? Is that what it is him or did I miss something?

In the section products - approved product info is there with its name, version, serial number, date of the platform and record (19 June 2012). BUT I don't see a download link... How can I redownload my product?

  Option 2. Is it possible or easier somehow to find backup of my old portable adobe creative suite program files and copy them to the new macbook? I think that an installer would be necessary, which would be wrong in my backup?

  I've recently updated my computer to a new MacBook Pro OS x photo editing 10.10.1. Reinstalled photoshop CS5 and code submitted product. Photoshop will open and run, but some commands, specifically print orders or changes to the print settings causes the program to quit. I have looked on several forums and advice re: reloading photoshop among others, but could not get anything to change.

  Question 1: is there anything in the that updates to CS5 to make it compatible with the latest OS X update?

  Question 2: Why is there not an option on adobes site to submit a question to technical support? All other software manufacturers that I care gives you the opportunity to submit questions to their support staff.

  Any help would be appreciated in get my software to work correctly again.

  Tried to send a reply over redirect, but couldn't find a way to do it. I had some suggestions to try, but in the meantime has noticed that there are updates of OS X and cs5 who had not been there earlier. Once I made the updates, it solved the problem I had.   No, you can run software Win on Mac or Mac on Windows.  They use serial numbers.  A swap of platform/language is now available for Creative Suite 6 qualifying products. CS5 is no longer eligible.  He's too old.

  Exchange a product for a different version of the language or platform

  My advice is to get a subscription to creative cloud.  You can have multiple versions installed-by-side (CS6, CC2014, CC 2015) and you can install on Win, Mac, or both.
